“Douglas has easily been the finest telephone operator i have ever had the privilege of speaking to. His dulcet tones, his warm and engaging manner, that gruff sexy Scottish lilt. What's not to love? He loved (and I mean LOVED) my Neswick Street trivia when others may have found it irreverent. Douglas is truly a hero amongst mortals and I defy anyone to converse without feeling as though their life has been vastly improved. He is an asset to not only beer 52, but Scotland in general. I worship at his feet and wish him well in all his endeavours, which I have no doubt he will be hugely successful with. 3 cheers for Douglas. You legend!”

“Only taking a break because I am not getting through all the beers all the time and I am on a fitness drive. Great beer, reliable delivery, I have loved the variety. And customer service were very helpful in figuring out the break, will be back in December!”
