“Customer service is great, beers are great as well. When wanting to cancel Iannis Barron was polite and helpful. Did offer offers for the next crate but already decided I wanted to cancel.”

“Natalie Bishop has been a great help resolving an issue I had. She had supported me throughout the issue over delivery issues and over the beer which some I was unhappy with. She understands and tries her best to resolving any problems. I hope the company appreciates her as much as I do. Thank you again Natalie. If anyone has any issues I would advise you speak to Natalie. She will do her best to help you. If I could could you more stars I would. “The response by Natalie ( Hislop) to my frustrations with the initial courier could not have been better. Natalie changed my courier provider, and was so helpful that I have decided to continue with my subscription . Looking forward to trying some more fantastic beers ( and snacks !)”
