“‘Phoned to cancel my membership and had a conversation with Douglas and he gave me very clear guidance as to my options. He was informative but not pushy. All in all, like the beer, a refreshing experience from a sales person. Well done!”

“Douglas, the customer service rep I talked to, was amazing. He helped with everything I needed in an instant, was professional and quick to refund me. However, it should be unnecessary to talk via phone when you sign up via the internet. Unsubbing should be a click, not a wait on a phone line.”

“Really good choice of beers. It did seem to get a little expensive at £34 a month for 12 beers but I appreciate the work behind this. When I rang up to cancel Douglas was not pushy and obviously tried to offer a 3 month discount for me to stay. Good experience will probably return after a break. Thank you.”

“I phoned up to cancel my subscription and was greeted on the phone by a very friendly person named Douglas. I found him to be so personable and friendly and in the end I ended up keeping the subscription, for another month at least! Douglas is a credit to Beer52! Exceptional customer service can be hard to come by, especially when you are phoning to cancel something. Keep up the good work! :) I’m sure when I phone next month to cancel I’ll be convinced to stay!”

“Ordered a trial box to see what this is like. Delivery was quick coming next day. I drink a beer or two a night so like trying different ones. When it arrived I was disappointed with the beers sent, 7 cans and one bottle, that's okay but they sent two of the same cans, it says on there advertising never try the same beer twice? You sent me the same one twice in the same box? The cans are also very dirty on top, this is only on two of them but it puts you off. Will not be renewing my subscription”

“Good customer service, not pushy but did offer me a good deal to stay which I decided to take as although I wanted to end my sub, I have enjoyed the tasting experience. Delivery has been spot on, good tracking and well packaged.”
