“Great CS from Douglas, must be a tough job answering calls to people who want to cancel everyday, wasn’t pushy, showed humour and empathy. Although I Would prefer a non subscription service as it can be expensive especially if you don’t want them one month or even comes as a surprise as you’ve forgotten about it after 3 months. Great tasting beer though, thanks.”

“Called up to cancel my subscription, but the great Douglas made me an offer I couldn't refuse. He made me feel valued as a loyal customer of the last few months, was very courteous and I appreciated him sorting out a discounted deal for me on my subscription. Top work Douglas!”
