“Called to cancel, Douglas was lovely - gave me the option of pausing and let me know that I could get a discount on my next box but wasn't at all pushy when I just wanted to cancel it.”

“I've enjoyed the beers I've had but a lot of them were too strong for me. The cases have been delivered on time and undamaged. I've just spoken to Duncan Monroe on the phone about cancelling my subscription and he was very pleasant and helpful.”

“Spoke with Douglas on the phone - initially to cancel my order but he made me aware of an offer that did not previously exist, which I took up. Douglas was extremely calm and friendly. He had a very gentle manner and his sales technique was not pushy. Keep doing why you’re doing Douglas.”

“One of the reasons that I still remain a valued customer to you guys, apart from the great beers, is your customer service!! This was enhanced further, after dealing with Douglas, a few days ago, with an issue that was concerning me, regarding my subscription and the frequency and price of it!! Happy.. very happy to say, thanks to Douglas and his kind, compassionate and above all, friendly manner....NO MORE ISSUE!!! I can continue to look forward and enjoy the wonderful beers, snacks and magazine.
