“My order was despatched but after a week had not turned up and the tracking number was rejected as invalid by the courier (Hermes). I phoned and spoke to Douglas who was very helpful, found out what had happened and then re-despatched the order, which arrived the next day. Great customer service.”

“A very interesting and varied selection of beers. Delivery prompt. My problem is that I have a wheat intolerance and quite a few of the beers had wheat in so I have had to cancel my subscription. This was handled very politely and professionally by Angus having had previous advice from a lady colleague to spend my credit before I cancelled.”
