“Well this review is in response to yet another very helpful conversation I have had with Natalie at Beer 52. I have not got enough good things to say about my Beer 52 subscription. 1. Great range of beers every month. 2. Timely (correction...speedy) delivery. 3. Great website for me to review my beers earning me more free beer, and also to do anything I need to do with my account/subscription. 4. Great unintrusive structured marketing ideas that earn me and my friends more (sometimes free) beers. I HATE unsolicited marketing but honestly I am awash with beer not e-mails. I'm almost excited to receive one! 5. No commitments/cancel any time policy...you won't cancel. 6. Fantastic online chat service coupled with responsive e-mail customer service follow through if I want to vary my sub or (as you will) want to order more. 7. Despite not having the time to read their free ferment magazine I do dip in and it provides a great backdrop and context to their beers for that month. This month...Scotland! Yey. 8. Despite not eating carby snacks there are those in my family that take advantage of what are actually good inclusions with each delivery, they are not just silly add ons like, say, the little gifts you find in Christmas Crackers. Which brings me to my closing of this review...Beer 52's Christmas Calendar simply made my Christmas. Brilliant. Slàinte 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🍻”

“Terrible!!!! Orderd the free offer and tried to cancel the subscription but couldn't as I did not create a login. Tried to reset my password but my email doesn't exist in their database, however they still proceeded to take my money for the 2nd month. Tried to contact them via phone, email and social media with no replies. I have proceed to do a charge back and block any further transactions. Do not use this company, their business model appears to be sign customers up for free, take their money thereafter and make it impossible to cancel. SCAM SCAM SCAM”

“I was given a Beer52 voucher for Christmas and very nearly didn't redeem it as I found I had to take out a subscription before receiving the beer that had already been paid for. I needn't have worried though, as Natalie was very helpful and talked me through the process and assured me that it is very easy to cancel by telephone (you can't do it online). I went ahead and my beer box came in a couple of days after which I cancelled very easily (you do have to wait 20 minutes for the phone to be answered though!). The beers were all very nice and my wife and I have enjoyed sampling them. I didn't want to continue with the subscription because it is £24 every month but it was certainly nice trying the selection I was sent. I was very impressed with the Customer Service team, as I said earlier Natalie was very helpful. Thank you...”

“seems like your "company" should be reported to the ombadsman. Your "customer service" "chat bot" doesn't explain where missing orders are, and also amazingly spells a lot of words wrong, for a robot named Graham, it is really "glitchy".”
