“Product was brilliant, bought as a Christmas present and got ourselves a second crate to try! Had a mix up with cancelling the subscription eventually but it was fixed incredibly quickly by Natalie who went above and beyond to fix the issue.”

“The wines I received were lovely and the magazine was very interesting. It was great to know the background of the wine and where it’s from. Delivery was punctual and the wines were packed really well along with the very tasty snacks. The communication from the company has been great and both Natalie and Bethan have been so helpful and friendly. All in all a very positive experience! Many thanks!”

“I've been using Beer52 now for a number of years and the service has improved even from their high standards. The beers are very well curated, delivery is excellent and they respond to emails very quickly. I had a problem with a delivery and the response was quick and a resolution was offered and implemented to my satisfaction.”

“Good free first boxes for beer and wine (just paid shipping) but a little too expensive for me! Despite being very busy this time of year Dale and Natalie were great with getting back to me when I wanted to cancel!”

“My husband really enjoyed his Beer52 boxes, which I bought as a birthday present for him. He particularly enjoyed the range of beers and the surprise snacks. Customer service was also very good, especially ially Natalie and Dale who I conversed with via email.”

“I have had both beer and wine from beer 52. They had great offers for first box and lived trying the different beers. The wines I have not tried yet but my Mum took a bottle snd enjoyed it. I have just spoke to Claire and have changed my subscription to every 3 months. Claire was very helpful and beer 52 have been great to deal with. I will definately order again at some point.”

“Beer52 have been amazing, I first got a membership during Christmas but i wanted to change my subscription to every 3 months. Kirsty, who helped me throughout, couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and understanding. She was always willing to help and within a few emails it was all sorted! Now I have my beer subscription at a pace that suits me best for it to be enjoyed with family and my girlfriend a like. Thank you for the help! :)”

Questions regarding delivery and payment are being answered promptly, and not by bots, but by friendly human beings, Natalie in my case, who take the time to explain the process and to rearrange deliveries if necessary. “I've been using their beer subscription service for about 2 years now and decided to put my points to use in the shop, ordering a selection of beers for our new home. Sadly, there was a problem with the delivery, so I decided to give them a call. I was looked after by the lovely Claire who, as well as resolving my issue, was an utter joy to talk to!
