“My ordered the trial pack for me . it arrived promptly, within 2 weeks of ordering, it was a good range of craft beers. she spoke to Joel Gutteridge at their customer service desk to cancel the account and found the service without fault, he was efficient and cancelled the account with no problems and was a credit to the company. Would recommend if you like craft beer them give them a try. The only reason for cancelling was due to me being celiac”

“Products are ok. Overpriced for what you receive. BUT customer service wise, they are appalling! If you are ok waiting days, weeks for responses, getting inconsistent information, and being lied to. Then sign up. If you want to complain, we’ll that’s on another level of comedy. They use the ‘we are a small business’ line a lot, but never actually deal with the matter in hand, fob customers off, don’t answer questions and if you call the number provided the second you say you want to cancel or complain they just hang up! Beer52, 52 stands for the length of days to get your situation resolved or responded too. Just buy from any where else and you’ll be ok. I’m all for supporting small businesses but I’m more for helping peoples mental health, and you’ll go mental trying to get anything resolved with these ticker answering staff members. Small business yet so many different names and none that follow anything through. Bizarre and dishonest.”
