“I sent an e-mail to Kirsty to ask for a few days delay in making a payment and she sorted it out so quickly and without fuss. Excellent service and always so helpful. I would highly recommend Beer52 as the service and choice/quality of the beer is first class.”

“Ordered a mixed box of light and dark ales on the introductory promo but only recieved one dark ale out of 8. Beers were nice, but would have preferred a more even mix. The cans are the small size and we feel would be overpriced going forwards at the standard charge. Delivery was a few days late and communication on the run up to xmas was impossible via phone. Box arrived 23rd Dec (ordered 13th Dec) and reply to my delivery queries eventually came through on 31st Dec via facebook message. I replied requesting to cancel my subscription on the same day. I find it odd that you cannot cancel via account options on the website?! Having had no response to my request by the 11th Jan I braved the phoneline again. Luckily I was only on hold for 8 mins this time and my request was processed straight away and the advisor was actually great. All in all a good concept but needs to revise pricing to be more competitive and have more accessible customer service.”

“Exceptional customer service delivered by Natalie. My delivery was delayed and the tracking information was stuck but when I reached out they were able to quickly arrange a complimentary replacement. Very quick response and loved the beer selection. Thanks again”

“Absolutely impossible to get through to cancel my subscription. So far I have spent 2hrs 25 minutes on the telephone, with just a recorded message and music. I have also sent two emails requesting cancellation with no response. Not impressed.”

“Very difficult to cancel subscription and they debit your bank account without prior warning. You can only cancel by phone and it took me many attempts to get through. Finally after 25 minutes I was connected and was able to cancel.....however in the meantime I was sent another case and will have to pay postage to send it back. Their business plan is borderline fraudulent on my opinion.....AVOID”

“Great quality products, excellent offers and when I had a delayed order Iannis kindly looked into it for me and reassured me that they would be with me soon and emailed me directly so I could contact him should my order not show up by the end of the week. Excellent service, well done x”

“I was a little disappointed that the delivery took longer than anticipated. However, Kirsty reassured me via email that there would be a selection of all red wines. The wines, I shall be eagerly waiting to share one or two with family over Christmas dinner.”
