“Absolutely impossible to get through to cancel my subscription. So far I have spent 2hrs 25 minutes on the telephone, with just a recorded message and music. I have also sent two emails requesting cancellation with no response. Not impressed.”

“The selections of beers are great. I had an issue with delivery which is understandable during the Christmas period. The customer service was very efficient as Kirsty was quick to deal with my query.”

“Very difficult to cancel subscription and they debit your bank account without prior warning. You can only cancel by phone and it took me many attempts to get through. Finally after 25 minutes I was connected and was able to cancel.....however in the meantime I was sent another case and will have to pay postage to send it back. Their business plan is borderline fraudulent on my opinion.....AVOID”

“Great quality products, excellent offers and when I had a delayed order Iannis kindly looked into it for me and reassured me that they would be with me soon and emailed me directly so I could contact him should my order not show up by the end of the week. Excellent service, well done x”

“I was a little disappointed that the delivery took longer than anticipated. However, Kirsty reassured me via email that there would be a selection of all red wines. The wines, I shall be eagerly waiting to share one or two with family over Christmas dinner.”

“Was really unhappy with your use of hemes for a delivery company as they are just terrible plus website not very user friendly however a great call agent called Iannis Barron was fantastic on the phone which is really the only reason you got the two start if not for Iannis Barron that score would be lower”
