“I ordered the beer through a promotion. Very easy, and a nice selection. Only a trial for me, but would suit others well. Called today to cancel my subscription. Simple process, and quick. Spoke to Douglas who was very friendly, and dealt with the cancellation in quick time, while also letting me know of additional options. Definitely recommend at least a trial, to see what you think.”

“Can't fault Douglas at all - very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I only took a star off because I had to phone up to cancel. This should be something you allow customers to do through the website!”

“Can't fault the customer service, and I love the way the company talks to you online and in person. Really lovely, chatty, friendly and calm (D Munro!). Just a shame I had to leave as I wanted more brown beer - I don't like hoppy IPA and wheat beers much. They can't do that (yet I hope) so until then, I remain in the wings...”
