“I've always had an excellent experience with Beer 52. Some of the beers can occasionally be a little touch and go, but it's great to try something new that I'd not usually come across otherwise – and they're priced competitively. I'm really impressed with customer service, it can take a little while to get through to them on the phone (around 15mins) but they're ever so friendly and really great with answering any queries.”

“Very efficient, good communications and very professional. Delivery is on time. Various quality of beers. My first order was free and i ordered for a birthday party. However, the reason i am not ordering anymore is because I don't drink a lot of beer but will definitely use them again next time I have a barbecue party.”

“What’s not to like about beer being regularly delivered to your door? Great to have a different selection of beers to try each month and being able to choose light beers only was perfect for me. Customer service from Angus was spot on, no hard sell when I had to reluctantly cancel my subscription - larger companies should take note!”

“Angus came across as a very friendly professional customer service advisor. Sadly, we were phoning to put our account on hold, during the lockdown we haven’t had friends over, so had built up a beer backlog. It will be a great party when we are allowed. Angus was just exactly the guy you want to talk to to get things organised. Thank you Beer 52, I’m sure we will be back at a later date.”
