“Pretty decent service from Douglas. Rang to cancel my subscription and didn't hassle me into staying. Ended up postponing my membership payments for a few months whilst I looked at what was on offer. Wasn't pushy and was ready to push the cancel button after I requested. Got me thinking about staying on for a couple of boxes maybe.”
