“Douglas was helpful and considerate in handling a cancellation call. However, i'm surprised that a phone call is required to cancel. On the other hand, Douglas was able to advise that I had about £10 off to use, which isn't apparent anywhere on the website....”

“Very friendly customer care staff members. Interesting books, containing the back story of beers supplied. Interesting selection of beers. Overall a great idea worth the money! Had to cancel my subscription due to personal circumstances otherwise I have nothing to complain about.”
