“I've been receiving beers from beer52 for more than a year now and I am very happy with the quality! I found the feature of pausing the subscription very helpful as sometime we are not at home for weeks. The quality is very good. Today I had to put the delivery on hold for a longer period of time and Douglas was really really helpful in helping me out doing that! Great customer service right there :) I'll definitely recommend you guys!”

“What a very friendly and helpful company Beer 52 is. I phoned them this morning to cancel my subscription, but as with other reviewers, after speaking to Douglas (I told you you're good :)) I have decided to carry on subscribing. Thanks for your help again Douglas. A pleasure to speak to you.”

“I called Beer52 today to cancel my membership, however, Douglas Munro, the silver tongued salesman of the year, persuaded me to buy another case of beer instead! He offered excellent service with a personable note and exemplary professionalism. I now can't wait for my beer and free Beer Book and will try and cancel another time! Cheers Douglas and Beer52!”

“I called Douglas to arrange a change of delivery address which I had left late and should have done before my next delivery. Douglas helpfully guided me to the section of my account to action the change and whilst I had missed the cut off for this months case I ordered a second case to go to the new address. Sorted and thank you.”
