“A few lines about how customer service and customer experience can make all the difference…..I ordered beer from Beer52 and, through no fault of their own, it never arrived. A quick email to see where it was, and then their very helpful team (Angus in particular) responded to help with my query and send a replacement box. Not rocket science, but a big Well done” to Angus and Beer52 for getting it right. Thank you.”

“First order of 8 beers through offer with the Gin Craft Club. Received in quick time. Very impressed with choice of beers. Of those I have had, very good craft beers, so looking forward to the remainder of the pack. Looking forward to receiving future deliveries. Like the option to customise my orders going forward.”

“Great Customer Service - I susscribe to the monthly package, and recently bought a selection from the shop. There were some issues with stock and delivery but this was dealt with expertly by Kirsty, resulting in good beer delivered to my door. So a happy ending for me.”

“Great selection of unusual beers which are really different from what you can buy in the supermarket. Also an excellent customer service from Beer52 overall, particularly Kirsty who was really friendly, helpful and efficient in sorting out a complex shipping issue for me. They also provide lots of flexibility around subscriptions so you don't feel locked in. Great company.”
