Sizes were not right and none of the items looked like the photos, I sent 2 items back cost £15 postage. still no refund they keep asking for proof of posting which I have sent. They have no intention of refunding also I had bought these for summer holiday, they arrived 2 weeks after the break. don't buy from this company, much easier to buy locally at least you can try on and still get a refund if necessary. so it has cost £120 and no refund a complete rip off.”
“I placed an order for a dress snd a tunic top. The shipping was almost as much as the top. They canceled the dress but didn’t give any credit to the shipping.
I waited awhile and ordered the dress again in the next size up. After waiting 2 weeks they canceled the order again.

“If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating I will. Bought 4 items, based the sizes from their size chart. Received products after 4 months and NOTHING fit. The information being given on the size guide is inaccurate. I kept one item and just decided to give it to a friend and returned the 3 others. Contacted them through e-mail and they keep on sending me the same emails asking for tracking number. I mailed out the returns, items were delivered and accepted. I printed and emailed to them the proof of delivery. That was like a month ago. NO REPLY FROM THEM. I sent them emails everyday. I even went to the extent of threatening them that I will report them to BBB if no refund will be given to me. Didn't work. Never heard from them again. This is a lesson learned for me. “Customer service is a farce, products are not what is advertised, items are poorly made with buttons missing, flimsy material that falls apart, boots that are advertised as leather are some sort of rubber and shirts so poorly made and sized that it's impossible to understand what kind of patterns they sew from. I'll be sending pics later. It was a miserable experience. This company is advertised in one site that they're from Hong Kong. They're not. The product is made in some province in China. I know because I spent $80 to send the items back to have them refused and sent back to me. I used paypal and they were useless and Synchrony Bank won't stand with their customers either. This company may have sent a product after being paid, but the product wasn't as advertised and in my book that's FRAUD.”
“The only good thing about my experience is that I learned what NOT to look for in an online company. I never did my research, never knew they were in China and I got burned. I ordered $95 worth of clothing and not one piece fit. I wear an XL and these dresses were maybe a size 6. It took 2 months to get here. Very poor quality. “I also had issues with BerryLook. The merchandise they sent me was sub-par. It was not of the same quality of the pictures advertised. The material was cheap, the style was off and they never responded to my request for a refund.
I replied (4) times for a refund process. Each time I received an email requesting me to state my issues with the items and to submit pictures. I sent links of the items advertised on their website and pictures of what I received.
I never received a refund response or a refund.”
“This is the worst made clothing I have ever seen. I wear a large and ordered a large shirt and extra large pans and none of the clothing fit. The sizes were more like small. These clothing sites do not need to even be on the website this is a scam company. I've asked for my money back and no response.”
“I ordered 3 items from them in December 2021 and only 1 arrived. I've contacted them asking where the other two items are and they keep telling me that they're coming. Where from Mars?? I ordered a dress about 3 years ago which took 4 months to arrive. So I'm hoping I still get the two items I ordered. Some of the clothes that I've received are not cut to American sizes. I wear a size 10 or medium and some of their clothes come up much too small. Also, their customer service is terrible. There's very little resolution when you contact them. “The company works harder not refunding money even with 12 Emails showing mechandise was returned and UPS shows proof of delivery . So in my opinion that makes thiefs. What went wrong my credit card was hacked and stuff was sent to me. 18 different items was sent to me. Everyone of them were resolved except yours. How are you still in business. “Beautiful website. We ordered a pair of women's shoes for my wife. Upon receipt we found the sizes to be much too small. Berrylook offered replacements for an additional charge. We would not pay more for their error so Berrylook provided a return address. We erred in returning the shoes as we were not covered for any shipping charges.
If you choose to buy anything from Berrylook be sure you want the item(s) as their reuurn policy is poor.”

many products--they looked great online
2. my product was to be a cotton/linen blend. It was all polyester. No labels inside. Not even washing instructions. Old fashion looking. I think it was never worn.
3. looks great online but not when I got it. Not good.
4. did not fit and I used their size chart.
5. So wish I had believed the reviews before ordering.
6.They did respond when after 3 months no tracking # . I wrote them twice and did hear back . Covid main problem for back log. I get that.
7.Product arrived in a little more than 4 months after ordering. They say Chinese shipping , but package originally from LA. A company I hadn't heard of from China. Transferred to USPS??
8.Postage cost more than product thinking that would help.

The tracking information BerryLook provides is relayed to JS shipping and all they do is let you know it's been shipped and at a U.S. distribution center ready to be delivered to your local carrier. After 2-3 months, the tracking information becomes expired and you get to kick yourself for not reading reviews and being excited about items you ordered for a loved one.”
