“Where to start? First off, don't even consider wasting your money on this company. First, the shipping was stupidly slow. It took 17 days for them to even get the item shipped when it says it would be shipped within 7 business days. Then the horrible delivery company that they used took over two weeks to get the item sent to me from California. It sat in California for 8 days.
In the end, it didn't matter at all because the shoes were so cheap that they weren't even wearable. They were wedges, but the entire sole and heel of the show had no solid reinforcement. it was a tower of flexible foam that bent and wobbled underneath me as I tried to walk. If I tried to actually walk in them I would have wound up injured. The material of the shoe was such a cheap man-made material that it would have torn after a few times being worn anyway. They went right into the trash. I didn't even try getting a refund from this scamming company. Don't trust the pictures on their site. You won't get anything near what those images promise.”

“Extremely disappointed in their service. I paid over $100 for items. They sent me a pair of shoes totally unlike the picture and refused to take them back OR send me the correct item I ordered but rather told me to give it as a gift to someone else. They also sent a sweatshirt that I purposely ordered 2 sizes bigger than I wear in US size that did not fit whatsover and just said sorry it doesn't fit, and then I was sent a pair of boots (folded and wrapped in plastic) horrible cheap beauty supply store quality, that was extremely too small and would not zip closed around the ankle and calf. So for all of that they offered me $24 refund. AFTER I SPENT over $100, are you serious!! Their customer service is horrible, they don't rectify EACH issue you have separately, or even address each of your issues separately. The dress craftsmanship is poor, the fabric is cheap polyester not the quality shown on their website - the website looks American but is actually Chinese. I also waited almost 2 weeks without any confirmation to my email address instead got updates from PayPal with a tracking number that was invalid! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Yes their prices are cheap but so is some of the quality, not worth trouble returning either!”

Follow up on returns process: They supply an address that google maps can't find. Unsurprisingly the return can't be delivered, so they claim they can't do the refund. After over 3 weeks of hassling them to get more detail on the address (so I can prove to paypal/credit card that return was attempted and failed due to Berrylook deliberately giving a false address, they finally provided another address (that google maps also can't find) which is some 80km away from the first one. I doubt one package of rags has ever made it back.

“False advertisement: I would put less stars if I could. I did not get the expedited delivery I payed for. I am still trying to get reimburse for a service I did not receive. It was supposed to arrive in 6-8 days as advertised & payed for. It didn't even ship until a month later. DESPITE asking a direct question of if/when I would be reimbursed for the service that was falsely advertised & not provided, every email I was given excuse after excuse about their postal service order back log, but never an answer. I final after a month was told they would not reimburse me even though I did not get what I payed for. They claimed the already paid their postal service which is not my fault.
