I wanted to share my positive experience with the BetterMe support team. I accidentally missed the cancellation window for my subscription and was charged automatically, even though I hadn't been using the app for a while. I reached out to their support team immediately, explaining the situation. Although they initially offered me a discount to stay, they were incredibly understanding when I explained that I simply wouldn't be using the service right now. They processed a full refund without giving me a hard time. It is rare to find companies these days that act with such integrity and prioritize customer satisfaction over making a quick buck from a forgotten subscription. A special thanks to Jasmine from the billing team for the quick help. Highly recommended for their honesty!

I was initially charged for the recurring payment. I signed up just for the trial exercise, and not for the next invoice that I don't buy the service. After exchanged emails with the customer service I got the refund.
