I cannot testify any impact the App had on my life due to not really trying. What I can say though, is that the customer support is very helpful and straight forward. I had an issue with my Payment plan and requests were being answered within an hour plus the issue has been solved to my complete satisfaction.

I wasn’t able to take full advantage of the features of the app due to my location but the customer care team quickly processed a full refund when I explained my circumstances. I was extremely impressed by their speedy and helpful service!

Better me is perfect if you would like to make a change. Only reason I am giving it four star is that it would have been more fair with customers if they could have sent the reminder for the next bill of subscription, however the customer service was really helpful when I needed the help to manage my subscription and refund.

I subscribed to the program, but never took advantage of it. The next month was added on before I remembered to cancel. The support team was very helpful, as they were able to issue me a refund. I am grateful. Maybe one day I will be in a better place and can check out the services they provide, knowing that this is an attentive team.

This company continues to charge your card after you ask for a cancellation. They DO NOT SIGN UP! I asked to cancel and they continue to charge me! I’ve asked multiple times for them to cancel my subscription. They email me and say it’s cancelled but it’s not. Now it will cost me to stop payment from their company. NOT TRUST WORTHY! email you and tell you that they cancelled it but in reality they don’t. They charged me on a Dec. 12,2024 and in January 9,2025 after asking to cancel in November!I should have never signed up through FB for this. I don’t usually post reviews but this company is a fraud. I hope you don’t get taken like I did! Peggy Kinney

Les vidéos étant en anglais, j’ai demandé le remboursement et, en 2 jours je l’ai obtenu. Service client efficace tant sur le plan commercial où il font vraiment le forcing tant sur les remboursements. Honnête.

I’m so happy with my time using Better Me. Its been affordable and easy to understand. I recently had a big lifestyle change resulting in no car for the gym and a smaller living space. I can do the workouts in my office as well! I’m grateful I am able to stay fit even with the current hardships! THANK YOU!!!!!! The workout was tailored to exactly what works for me.

Finalement après quelques aller-retour de emails, j’ai reçu le remboursement que je souhaitais. Pour une raison que j’ignore le paiement PayPal était automatique quand j’ai choisi une option. J’ai pu annuler par la suite et le remboursement a été instantané.
