Excelente App, desde el primer momento me senti apoyada, a nivel tecnico te proporconan todo lo necesario para empezar de manera facil tu rutina de entrenamiento diario. Siempre estan pendientes de las dudas o requerimientos que he formulado y su respuesta a sido rapida y amable. Espero continuar contando con el apoyo de Better me y asi lograr mis objetivos. Perhaps this time I neglected all the information BetterMe sent me, treating it as spam, which caused me loss. The point isn't the money, but that I didn't exercise during that time, and that's what I need to fight for. I initially thought no one would reply, but they actually helped me resolve some of the issues I had. I'm still very grateful to the sales representative.

Ich hatte eine wiederkehrende Gebühr für ein 1‑zu‑1‑Coaching, dessen Ablauf mir nicht bewusst war und das ich nie in Anspruch genommen habe. Als ich den Support kontaktierte, wurde mein Anliegen ernst genommen. Nach mehreren Nachrichten hin und her kümmerte sich das Team schnell und zuverlässig darum – und ich erhielt meine Rückerstattung. Sehr kundenfreundlicher Service!

I had been shutting down the app in order to access the walking series. I later found out the proper way to do it but racked up extra charges. I asked BetterMe to research and received a refund of what was owed to me.

I love Better Me! The workouts are right at my skill level and there are extension workouts if I feel like I want to add more difficulty or time. Customer service is very prompt and helpful. There are also meal plans and coaching if you want to add those services too. I’m very pl asked with Better Me!
