I would like to thank the better.me team very much, that after several email exchanges, they finally refunded the money for the prepayment that I could no longer use due to a bad accident. Thank you very much, this is what a customer oriented company is like!

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Stornierung des Probeabos; ĂŒber die angegebene Support-e-mailadresse wurde mir sofort geholfen; so hoffe ich😊. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass das Abo storniert ist und auch, dass nach Ablauf des Probeabos keine Forderungen gestellt werden. Sehr schneller Service.

I had installed BetterMe a couple of years back and had received excellent customer services. After a year's gap, I reinstalled BetterMe and felt excited to restart my fitness journey. I chose BetterMe because of several reasons. Their packages are affordable, I love the background music, the instructions are easy to follow and last but not the least, their Customer Services is fantastic! They respond to my queries and are patient to explain and guide me through the process. The last reason is one of THE most motivating ones for me to not choose or even think about any other app. I look forward to using the app and I wish the team of BetterMe all the very best. I don't know how I managed to bungle this order, but I certainly did. The city on the shipping was wrong, and there was a quirk that the only ordering option was pink, and I am not a pink girl. Both times, I reached out to support for assistance, and they were beyond amazing and sweet. I have not received my box yet, and I was informed that the socks were back-ordered. I do appreciate that instead of holding back all the items, they are sending the main box and ship the socks when they arrive, so I am not waiting around for the entire order. I am optimistic about this workout!

Thank you so much for helping me with my home workouts. There are tons of exercise plans and disciplines to choose from; the wide variety of routines prevents boredom and helps you get in shape faster. The customer service I received was prompt, very friendly and eager to help. Nice
