The team are great, I had technical issues when I was trying to cancel my subscription due to lack of funds and even though they weren’t able to give me a full refund they were very helpful and comprising with the outcome which was very much appreciated

I had taken subscription but could only try this plan for 3 days. But fortunately, BetterMe refunded the amount when I reached out to them saying I cannot use the app anymore and would like to get refund.

Έγινε κάποιο λάθος στην παραγγελία μου που ακόμη δεν έχω καταλαβει ποιος έφταιξε..η εταιρεία η εγώ??αλλά το σημαντικό είναι ότι δείξανε κατανόηση και τα χρήματα μου επιστράφηκαν στον λογαριασμό μου...αυτό δείχνει ότι είναι μια αξιόπιστη εταιρεία.. γιατί εγω με τόσα που έχουν συμβεί στην αρχή πίστεψα ότι έπεσα θύμα απάτης...Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!

I 1st contacted BetterMe because I had an issue with being unable to use the app at the moment due to medical reasons. The response was very quick and professional. I didn't like the answer, but understood that it was their policy. In saying so in a previous review, they offered me a different solution, which I greatly appreciate and helped me immensely.
