I had issues with the Better Me Ap and never was able to get in. When the annual fee came up, it reminded me that I had not been able to use the tool, so I reached out and the assistant was so helpful, they provided me with a refund of a portion of the amount and some extra time to be able to use the AP. They also provided me with instructions on how to use it. I am very happy with the Better Me team and the info on the Ap is so cool, I am looking forward to using it.

I signed up and paid for this app, which delivered exactly what it promised. I was unable to use it unfortunately, due to my disability. I asked to withdraw from my contract and recieved a full refund (without asking). Their team responded efficiently to my queries and the withdrawal process was simple. I hope to use it again one day when I am more able.

I noticed a charge for continued subscription to Berrerme which I’d completely forgotten about. Due to a Heath issue I had not been able to take advantage of the training provided. I contacted their support team and within the hour, an email wishing me well and a full refund- despite it being my fault for not checking the due date for the subscription. Great team, great app. I will be back.
