I have been using this app for a while now it’s so good I upgraded so I can use more of the app, customer service is also very good when I had a problem

Even though I used it only for a short while, I think it’s a good app. The customer care service is very helpful and responsive. I recommend it.

I had an excellent and efficient experience with customer support—quick, helpful, and kind. I'm also very satisfied with how the program is personalized to match my physical abilities and daily progress. The daily tasks are achievable, and I already feel better since starting. I needed to cancel my subscription and could not find the subscriptions on my iPhone. The CS rep offered to tell me how to cancel on the app, why I was charged twice in one month and offered me a credit immediately.

I was recently injured requiring surgery and have not been able to start the program/plan I ordered. I contacted customer service and they very very understanding and offered to suspend my account. I look forward to getting back on in the future once healed!
