i've only had to reach out to customer service once and they responded right away and followed up until my complaint was addressed. They were really excellent in their follow up and concern to address my problem.

The customer service was great, I was charged an amount for a subscription I didn’t authorize, however the issue was resolved and I got my money back. Be sure to check if the subscription was cancelled properly, as this was inconvenient for me.

Excellent service de support. J'ai voulu changer de programme d'entrainement et après quelques échanges c'est Barney qui a trouvé la solution et qui a pu m'aider. J'ai communiqué en français et j'ai eu un service professionnel et adapté.

Somehow I ended up with an account through the app and the website. I cancelled the app months ago and when I realized I was charged I began emailing with customer service. They were incredibly helpful in locating the additional account, but not very helpful when processing a refund. I had to request a refund 4 times before they finally agreed to process it.

We had a mail strike here shortly after I placed my order The team made sure I was well taken care of and that my order would get through safely. Customer service was top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend!

I initially tried BetterMe but found the workouts too difficult for my level, so the program wasn’t really suitable for me. I cancelled soon after and didn’t continue using it. Unfortunately, I was still charged after the trial, which I later learned was part of their policy when signing up. However, their customer service was very understanding and considerate when I explained my situation—they processed my refund quickly without any hassle. I really appreciate that they listened and handled my request fairly. Thank you for being accommodating!

I had a problem downloading the BetterMe app because I have a Huawei Phone and do not have Google Play or Playstore. I reached out to the support Tea and they helped me out to download it to my spare Phone. Thanks.
