First of all what a great team they have. As a new user I was locked out of the app and forgot password didn’t help as it said can’t locate your email. When I shows my subscription to the team within 24hours they created a new profile and boom!! Back at it mate! Cheers keep up the good work… 🤜🤛

I purchased without realising I was signing up for a recurring subscription. I know, Silly Me! Anyway, I explained to BetterMe and they cancelled my subscription straightaway but I can still use what I paid for. What brilliant service! Rosemary, Long Ashton, Bristol UK

Betterme is a scam I signed up for a 1 month only subscription only to be hit with a renewal with no warning at almost double the first month fee. Do not subscribe! The options the provide to unsubscribe also don't work as I didn't do it via a phone app so couldn't unsubscribe! Beware
