“I was not aware the required O-Ring required for installation was not included with the product. Maybe this was my fault but when I requested return information I was informed of ridiculous "re-stocking fees"......I can't remember the last time a reputable business charged these fees....No worries...will never order from this company again...”

“Advertised part without dimensions size. Rep stated only size Rainbird made. Would not accept return. And if so, would required purchaser to pay return freight. With return freight it would have cost almost $30 for part. Purchased whole 6" sprinkler from "big box" for $12.98.”
