“Product arrived on time and in good condition. Shipper was not kind to the packaging but everything was in good shape and installation went well. Would have rated very good but had some issues at beginning trying to order on the phone. After getting in touch with Big Frog Supply and placing order everything worked great.”

“The transaction and communications were good and it would have arrived on time except there was tons of snow and ups was unable to deliver a few times. It finally arrived and the packaging was really beat up. Everything look ok inside but I haven’t been able to use it yet. The bottle of liquid leaked a little. I think it probably got banged around I. The truck a lot. I don’t think they would have shipped it in this condition.”

“Shipping was fast although tracking information had me baffled. The link they gave me was for standard UPS tracking and this was UPS freight which has a PRO number. However, with that being said, they did respond with the correct info when I inquired. The UPS freight driver was outstanding in every way. He was accommodating as I am disabled and I had to keep insisting on his taking a tip. All in all a good experience.”
