“My order was shipped promptly. However, I was supposed to receive it today and was notified by UPS that my package was damaged. They are to contact Big Frog. I'll wait to see how long it takes to get my package.”

“They were quick and delivered on time. Not that is was their responsibility but it would have been helpful for them to note that in order for the item I purchased to work I needed another item. It would have saved me time and them money as they paid the freight for both deliveries.”

“I ordered my sprinkler valves on a Friday, and got an e-mail confirmation. I kept checking to look for shipping information, but nothing. The following Friday I e-mailed them. They replied that their records showed the items shipped, but they would check with UPS. A couple hours later I got an e-mail with a UPS tracking number. The next Friday the parts showed up. So, it took two weeks but the parts were correct and well packaged. If you check their address with Google maps, you will find that it is a UPS office. I would probably buy from them again if I wasn't in a hurry.”

“Good price on item. They could have communicated better. Evidently item was not in stock but they did not tell me there would be a delay even after I called for update after a week from placing order.”

“Shipped product quickly,price was good.Only complaint was how they stuffed all the parts in a USPS bag and mailed it.There very lucky it didn't get damaged.I would think they would not send plastic valves this way,should been in a box with some bubble wrap.Look into Amazon and how they ship,could learn a thing or two.”

“My sprinkler system is 8+ years old and with the Texas heat and sun, nozzles and heads need to be replaced. This order was mostly for a stock up on supplies so I would have them on hand. I felt like the prices were very fair. As a female homeowner I had to learn some of the names of things and how they work to know if it would be what I needed. As I do the spring time maintenance on my sprinkler system there are some spots that I missed and will being looking into those items next”

“Fast delivery. Ordered one night online and the next day it was on the truck with an email and a tracking number. I also called to verify the order and was well treated (in clear English). 4 stars because I could have used a clearer package description. Other places included a nozzle tree with their sprinkler head orders and I assumed this one did as well. I was wrong. But I have no doubt that if I called with that question I would have gotten a friendly answer. I received what I ordered in good time and condition.”

“I was referred to you by a neighbor that used your company for the first time. I needed the same components that he ordered from you. I placed my order by phone with Phil (order # 104493). It took about a week for the package to arrive but everything showed up in good shape and the order was accurate.
