Channels often have bad interference. Broadband goes down at least once per day. Speeds are not what you pay for, sometimes a couple of mbps instead of 350, which they try to say is their “Superfast” service.

I was make a new contract for year with virgin media they offer me a voucher unfortunately its not work its fake code its not real voucher provide from virgin media i never hope this company can do this with new customer!!!

BLAME THE CORONA VIRUS! I have ordered installation business broadband in our two business sites. The sweet salesmen Randeep from the business team will sell you everything, fast with. The first installation didn’t go as a plan: I have to wait the whole day in the empty site, no buddy come as arranged despite asking for an hour half a day slots - sorry, only daily slots. No phone call no email. Waste of my day! I managed to contact virgin media, to reschedule the appointment. Finally success. After installation, the engineer from virgin media took the “old” hub with him and disappear. Domestic team invoiced me £90 fo the old router (it has been taking by your installer). It took me many hours on the phone to New Delhi holding and explaining again, again and again. The worst: I have ordered the business broadband in January this year, The installed at the beginning of February. The complaint took around two months, 5 emails sent to a virgin - no reply. When I finally spoke to VIRGIN MEDIA they blamed COVID19 for messing the installation! The first week of February? Seriously? No sorry, they don’t care! I have planned to set up another five sites with a business broadband connection from virgin media - I am staying with the current provider. Please avoid. AVOID!

The price for this intermittent broadband connection is a joke. The only constant from Virgin broadband is my devices letting me know my broadband connection is unstable, too slow to continue streaming or not connected. When I call to complain the automated system checks my connected then tells me to stay on the line to speak to customer service/ technical team. When I get through Im told there isn't a fault with their service but there is a fault with ALL my devices. To remedy MY problem I need to contact the manufacturer of my Smart TVs, Lap tops, desktop and tablets or use an ethernet cable. I have waited over a week to received a call back (within half an hour) from a supervisor, something tells me this is going to be like the last 9-10 times of waiting so im not going to hold my breath. Today I received a free ethernet cable from Virgin reminding me of the technical advice given. Yes that's right to connect all of my devices to the router. Who needs WIFI when you can have wires trailing up and down stairs? The only constant of Virgin Media is the direct debit payment they take monthly without fail. There are many complaint about Virgin Media service yet Virgin continue trade without being looked into.

A complete bunch of money hungry b******s.Cancelled subscription 2 months ago.returned kit.They send my 2 bills for subscription etc.Richard Branson is a complete w@@@@r .If this bum billionaire thinks we the working class are paying for nothing to keep him on his fantast island he needs to get his head seen to.The same thing happened to a friend of mine-cancel subscription ,yet they keep sending bills.Mr Branson can take a running jump.I would urge anyone with this money grabbing firm to go elsewhere for services.After 20 plus years my money tree has ended.Good luck in your sad little life Branson.

Impossible to cancel my contract after it had finished. Only option was to cancel subscription and then receive a threatening email warning me of a fine for non payment. Trading standards should be made aware as this is an intentional procedure for Virgin Media. CEO needs to be sacked!!!!

Appalling service, I have been promised a booster as the broadband in our 3 bedroomed house (not a mansion) is useless. I also changed my mobile package and needed a PAC code. I am still waiting and nobody rings you back. I am now in the process of looking for another provider.

Their internet, while fast, is so unreliable as to be basically useless. I'm sure it's fine for checking emails, as you don't need your connection to be stable for long. But for work (via a VPN), gaming or streaming it's absolutely worthless.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I contacted Virgin a few times about various issues with my online account and was told completely different conflicting information each time. The customer service is dismissive and rude and don't know how to handle issues, instead you get passed on to someone else, t goes in circles. Money grabbing horrible company

Ripping me off by billing me £10 per month for Netflix I don’t have and we can’t speak to anyone as cv19 is now used as an excuses to avoid dealing with complaints. They just shut the call centres down. You can’t even email a complaint The internet is constantly dropping off and has been since the lockdown. Poor service and illegal practice of charging for a product your not supplying. Once the contract is up I’m leaving Hope bransons entire virgin group collapses and he’s evicted from his remortgaged island. He can take a ride on virgin galactic and fly to the sun

Diabolical. From 200mb download to 50mb’s today. I stream games and it’s my job. I will be taking this further see you all in court Facebook gaming have lost a fortune just today because of this.
