Patchy broadband service at best. Should get 200 speed but regularly drops to 20-50 over a number of days. Getting customer support is poor. It can take over an hour to get through to a help desk (which is a joke). Call centre can’t resolve issues and can’t understand a frustrated customer who has been out on hold for over an hour. Come on Virgin Media, get your act together. Reduce the prices to reflect the level of service you are providing. Roll on when 5G is widespread...it will kill the broadband providers!

TERRIBLE!! DON’T SUBSCRIBE EVEN IF IT SEEMS APPEALING. #Scam. We are day 3 of having moved in our new house where Virgin is already installed. We started the auto set up and it said “Unsecured”. Indeed, you can connect our wifi without a password (and yet on the box). So we tried to call them and it has been hours (about 4h in total) of hold and 2 persons we managed to speak to. All lying about time to wait for another call etc. Result: we are still in the same position... If @VirginMedia reads this, I want a call by a Manager now to sort this out or I will write this review on all the possible websites and potentially get a lawyer as it is very dangerous to expose us to cyber crime like you do (without talking about all the prejudice to my work performance and personal life while moving house). Thanks,

Non existent customer service. Just ignore you. Don’t don’t care and never will. Richard Branson is a disgrace to the UK and should sell this dodgy company to someone who will actually give a dam.

Terrible broadband supply with terrible service. I moved my current broadband and phone service to Virgin Media as I wanted better speed. After just a few days of installation, the speed kept dropping to less than dial up speed. This was fixed after a week, only for the service to fail for over 24 hours in our area again 2 days later. As 3 of use work from home, this was a big blow as need to do work. Were left to use our mobile hotspot which ate into our data allowance very quickly and had to buy more costly plans just to do our work. Due to limited mobile bandwidth we were unable to share and had to upgrade data plan as our cost. Have lodged a complain only to be told that I am unable to leave without £240 exit fee as have past our 14 days grace period. Have applied to have my service moved back, better to have a slightly slower bandwidth than stop start and unrealiable service. Was without a phone service too for over 8 days which was a pain too. Avoid as virgin cannot guarantee uptime. Have learnt my lesson with Virgin and will take a hit on the exit fee.

Customer service the worst I have ever experienced with any company in my entire life. Rude arrogant unhelpful. I am not exaggerating at all. Do not go near this company or if you do, hope there is no problems whatsoever.

I am trying to work from home, but struggling thanks to VG's inefficiencies. The internet keeps dropping. in fact I counted 6 instances in 1 day where my internet just died. Tried to call their customer care but to no avail. I am paying £46 pm and not sure for what.

I don't have Virgin Media but they keep calling me to tell me there is a problem with my router and insisting I am a customer. I went on their website to get more information and entered my post code and house number. The next day a Virgin Media salesman called to help with my enquire for broadband. This is in the middle of a national pandemic where people are being told to stay at home - in fact Vigin M dia stores are still closed. What a shambles of a company

Virgin Business - hopeless company. Their customer service is appalling and their ability to sort issues non-existent. Avoid at all costs. Taken 6 months to fail to deliver our contracted services. No idea what customer care is. Can't wait to switch away from this useless company

"Internet", this useless company cant keep the internet up for more than a few hours before disconnecting for 10 mins and when it does come up, the quality of speed is pathetic, even the most basic of things like youtube lags like crazy, let alone, netflix, twitch, whatever game you might be playing. They guarantee a certain down and up speed, which they don't even get close too, breaking they're legally binding contract, they are modern day bandits and will soon enough get sued to bits, don't ever sign up with these clowns, and fyi i live close to central London, how can the net be so bad when i'm on fiber optic a stone through away from the biggest capital city in the world? Jokers.

Absolutely awful. I was connected y.day pm and since then my 2 antenna tv.s that are separate to the Virgin media one won't work. Further the couldn't connect the second box, used our own router and left me without my power lead. Further they used my sky power lead to link to their box. I can't get any response online or through the phone, it cost put me thru. Worse still, if you send an email to their webteam address it bounces back because it say their inbox is full or they are getting too much mail. So why are they looking for new customers when they can't respond to them.
