It's impossible to get assistance from you. You send me a media virgin kit and some parts are missing, so I can't connect, I can't youse your broadband. So I'm paying for nothing and it looks like you don't care at all. I'm getting crazy trying to get in touch with you, but it's not easy. All this sounds paradoxical.

Every 5 mins I lose internet connection upstairs and it’s unfixable, would not recommend as I am now switching to BT

I tried 3 times to cancel my virgin mobile contract...I never asked for this, I wanted only broadband contract..Every time they try to convince me to staying with them, but I don't want this virgin mobile. 40 minutes waiting to talk with them..Really disappointed.

Not withstanding the total frustrating issues as to my wi-fi access and customer contact with virgin, to sort issues, i am (trying to not use bad language) totally fed up with the virgin company as a whole in sorting my issues, richard branson takes you cash but service is rubbish, if i had done that in my employment i would have been sacked, but who are we to complain, the lowly customers of average income, not richards high earners may i say.

Terrible and expensive service, really regret to have hired this provider, I want to cancel as soon as the contract end, BE CAREFULL AND DO NOT CONTRACT VIRGIN MEDIA terrible and expensive Internet TV provider THE WORST IN THE MARKET

Absolutely appalling customer service. Humans that I spoke to were indifferent and apathetic to my problem (transferring BT number across) Phonecall time totaled 91 minutes. Not sure how this company is still trading. I am now stuck in an 18 month contract with this utterly abhorrent enterprise.

One star for the actual broadband. 0 for everything else. Been listening to the same bl***dy hold music for about 10 hours over the last month trying to talk to someone. They're more than happy to take your money but when it comes to closing your account, it's like trying to catch air with your hands! Been on hold for what feels like an eternity. The actual people by the time you get through are very nice but that doesn't mean anything if you lose the will to live by the time you speak to someone. Be wary of their cancellation policy. I've given them 30 days notice but still have to pay extra for their divine blessing to leave. Apparently you have to kiss their feet to take your money elsewhere. Go to Sky or BT. I haven't tried them yet myself bear in mind, but as long as they're not run by a farm animal they'll be better.

They only have 1 star because I could not leave them a 0 wanted to cancel in my 14 day cooling off period due to them telling me I would get 240mbps when I'm only receiving 2.6 I have been told that not how it works and I would have to give them 30 days notice and be charged that at treble the price the 30 days would usually cost me. Absaloutly shocking customer services and every 1 tells you something different they are very rude

We have had OUTAGES over the past 18 - 24 months. And, even prior to that service was absolutely attrocious! All of the bad reviews on this site match exactly our experiences with this diabolical company. Some how, when you do get a reply to your call, they offer a sort of condescending apology and say the problem will be sorted out with the next.....hours/days. Gulably one goes along with it only to find one lands back in the same predicament! It is so frustrating and upsetting. As some one has already said VM should be banned from offering a fraudulent service. The whole VM system is crooked. I have now written to VM both to their customer services HEAD OF OPERATIONS & retentions SENIOR EXRCUTIVE. I ALSO HAVE FOUND THE NAMES OF ALL OF THE ADMINISTRATION TEAM MEMBERS which is readily available in the web. I am also in the process of writing to OFCOM & CISAS for I intend to claim back all the monies that have been extorted from me and my family. This company must be taken to task over the corrupt service they provide. It has to be brought to the attention of the relevant authority that can make them provide what they promise in their ads and in their point of sale promises. I could attempt to write down all of my hundreds of experiences with VM and list all of the COM NUMBERS but these would merely be a repetition of all the alarming reviews on this site. WHEN & IF YOU GET THROUGH TO AN AGENT I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS HAVING VM ISSUES TO INSIST UPON THE RAISING OF A COM NIUMBER SO THAT A PAPER TRAIL CAN BE ESTABLISHED & FORWARDED TO OFCOM AND CISAS. YOU WILL FIND THAT THERE IS A RELUCTANCE TO PROVIDE SUCH BUT THEY OBLIGED YO PROVIDE THIS! ALSO IF YOU HAVE HAD POOR OR ZERO SRVICE FROM VM YOUR BANK WILL USUALLY BE PREPARED TO RAISE A CLAIM BACK FOR MONIES UNFAIRLY TAKEN. THE COM NUMBERS YOU ACQUIRE WILL SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM BACK. THESE DESPICABLE PEOPLE ARE LAUGHING AT US WHILST WELL AND TRULY RIPPING US, JOE-PUBLIC, OFF!

I pay for 350mbps done loads and loads of speed tests don’t get above an average of 80mbps when I first signed up to virgin guess what I was getting around 250mbps to 300mbps absolutely rubbish

A whole bunch of nutjobs. I have been having issues for two months and took them three useless and clueless “engineers” within a month to finally get rid of these scumbags. Internet kept dropping. I recommend you guys to call them and book the 1st engineer ASAP. Then, as soon as you have a problem, book the second engineer ASAP. Then do the same one last time. Now, you can simply get rid of them. They had zero shame to call and ask me to reconsider. Needless to say, I asked that fox to go screw yourself.

Customer service is the worst, they won't listen to anything you say but try to charge you as much as they can and more. I moved house and I couldn't take the broadband contract with me as they didn't supply at my new adress no being given more options I had to go for early cancellation, I thought of some disccount on the cancellation fees as I understood it wasn't fully my own fault wanting to leave, I was on the phone for hours just to speak to someone and and make any payments, they will leave me for hours between transfer to different teams. The worst network company in my experience. 0 stars or less.

Really Bad, they just dont answer the phone. When you do eventually get through they cut you off. TV box wasnt delivered and all theyve done is blame Yodel.

I was happy until I got many hour outages for two consecutive days and needed to move house only to find that I couldn't get Virgin at the new place. They want me to pay £240 for early disconnection when I cannot physically do anything about it. Spent 4 hours and a half trying to find anyone reasonable there but I'm giving up. Never getting internet with them again

Crazy bad customer service. Internet not been working properly since March, and now completely off for 5 days. However to leave I’d have to pay am early cancellation fee of £250! Even though they haven’t been providing a service for 10 months!! Was promised a call back by a manager twice - alas nothing. Have been told in order to exit the contract for free I have to have a visit from an engineer three times in 30 days - great during the second spike of a pandemic... I have had so many issues I don’t even know where to start. I cannot run my business from home, after I lost my first due to Covid. Virgin are unbelievable and have left me shaking...
