I regularly shop at B&M for pet products however, with the greed crisis being inflicted on all of us by stores, this shop is becoming obsessively greedy to the point that within a short space of time my preferred cat litter was increased gradually to £3.99, then it went to £4.99 & as of today it reached £5.99 so at this price I will not purchase, I will have to look for a cheaper alternative. Robbing us all in broad daylight.

Item been scanned twice. Notice just then come back home and checked receipt. I write an email and send receipt pictures but B&M customer service doesn’t helped. I do not understand why they could check Cctv and do investigation by them self without me(they got the proof of receipt with all the details). I’m working mum I do not have time to come back in a 14 days to sort all this.

Bought 2 humidifiers & oils from b& m, stoped working soon after, thought maybe we could change the battery but they are none replaceable, what a waste of £30. Tried to take photos on my tablet, but can’t drag file.

DOG TOY NEARLY KILLED MY 18WEEK OLD PUPPY we had this toy in our property less then 24hours before our new puppy fell very ill she had played with this toy exactly how it was sold she played tug of war with my children and the hair off the toy became lodged in my dogs intestines and she needed an emergency operation costing thousands and after care that's also goin to cost And the reply I got from b&m customer is they will not be accepting liability due to me not following the guidelines of the toy they said they came to this decision due to me already telling them that this toy was never left with my puppy and it was caused by a build up of the hair on the toy well yes you clever people when a dog plays tug with somthing then if it's not up to its job it's goin to fall to bits isn't it I noticed the hair coming out that was the reason the dog didn't play with the toy again after only 15-30mins so to now be told this by this absolutely disgusting company that have previous history of this exact thing aswell is just heart breaking they think it's that easy to just sell defective products that hurt and kill our pets and can just wash there hand with just an email well unfortunately for b&m here I have all the proof I need I will now be compiling all this into a video that will be live on YouTube this Sunday 18th of September with the headline B&M nearly killed my dog and washed there hands so if anyone would like to see all the proof that b&m just wasn't interested in then please tune in by searching the title as will be coverd on multiple channels

My wife and I used to enjoy going to the March store good size aisles as my wife is a wheelchair user . We went there on Monday 15 august after they had their refit and the first thing we found was strange that you now go around the store in a anti-clockwise direction and if this was not bad enough you have moved the aisles much closer together so now when I take my wife in her wheelchair there is just enough room to get past when another person is in the aisle and the claustrophobic feeling that this creates is quite bad despite the high ceiling . So in conclusion what used to be a welcoming shopping experience has turned into a very bad one and sorry to say we will not be using this store again

I have been a fair few times over the last 2 months and i have shopped here alot. But latetly i have not enjoyed shopping in there is it midway through a major refit and it's all chaos in there aisles empty, aisles have been moved everywhere and it's not an enjoyable shopping trip no more so ive decided I won't be returning til Sep also having just 2 tills on when i was in a few days ago I was waiting in a que for 10 minutes I also didn't appreciate a blond haired manager thunk I heard get called Kelly she was talking to some of the staff like they where pieces of pooh on her shoes and looking down her nose at them and i almost wanted to say something as it wasnt nice to hear. On most visits in the past the staff have been happy and smiley yet on this day they were not they all seemed glum and not wanting to be there not sure for this reason but I will be shopping in the thakery one until Sep when the refit is finished.

Folding chair listed on website as "good availability." On visiting store, item nowhere to be found. Asked assistant and showed her website (still said "good availability"). She showed me where it should be and said that the website updating is poor and infrequent. Surely, in this day & age computerised stock control is automatic.

Don’t buy anything online from this shambolic company. It doesn’t get delivered, they don’t answer their phones or emails. Shocking customer service, they should be shut down.

BEWARE FOLK. DONT I REPEAT DONT Buy anything online and get it delivered from this company, as its impossible to return it if its not what you expected, or don't like and you have no transport to go to stores. I bought a globe cat/smal dog bed measurement where not true to size, iv been trying to return for over 4 weeks with repeated emails but to no avail have they sent me my returns form, as you can't take it to nearest store, keen to tale your cash, but I'm outrageous at their policy and handling on returning an item when bought offline and had it delivered

I had a bad experience in B & M today I took a little more time lifting my heavy pot and then a little more time than it seems allowed to put them in my trolley the assistant was making facial gestures to the other shoppers and then trying to give a false smile at myself there was no respect at all and this was the impression of the shopping experience. Get yourself some decent staff on the checkouts its appalling.

Unless and misleading I've gone to two different stores as the website says good availability for the product and when you go to the store they don't have any. The manager tells you not to trust the website for product availability as it's misleading and when you call bnm they don't do product check or availability checks they say go to the store. When you do go to the store they don't have it or can't find the product you are looking for. Waste of time and very unreliable. I got fed up and ordered from Amazon got it delivered without any inconvenience.

I would like to inform about the appalling service I got at BM Stores at Unit 7A, Imperial Retail Park, Bristol BS13 7TJ on 08/06/22. I wanted to buy an Tower Air fryer £99 which showed limited availability online. I tried calling the shop on 0300 838 9563 to check the stock, which didn't give me an option to check, so had to drive all the way to shop to find not even single unit left!! Whilst I was there it was still showing "Limited Availability" online. Jade from customer service said "Our site is rubbish!!" so I request to speak with Store manager. I had to wait around 10 minutes when Ms Deb Stobbs arrived who just said "I can only apologise and from next year you'll be able to order online" She asked me to ring Chris Robinson (Store Manager) to which I said "You are giving me an FAKE OPTION here- We cant reach anybody on that given number!! I'm absolutely GUTTED with their service!! 1) They didn't gave me an option to check stock over the phone! 2) They didn't gave me an option to RESERVE/BUY it ONLINE and then pick it from the shop! 3) I had to waste my PETROL driving 24 miles to and fro NOT to mention the RISING PRICE OF PETROL!! It has definitely left a very BAD FEELING about their "Website & Customer Service" They definitely need to improve their service as I'm one of their UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !!
