“The BOATsmart course was really good. The one problem I had is that it if you made a mistake on a test you couldn't see what you got wrong. I find it hard to be confident in my passing the course if I don't even know what part of it I'm getting wrong. Anyway, thanks for the great course!”

“After having operated a boat as a young man, it was refreshing to take the Pleasure Craft Operators Course and reinforce so many of the rules that I remembered. It was also educational and impactful, as it taught me many new things I wasn't aware of, and brought me up-to-date with new legislation and safety measures. Thank you BOATsmart!”

“Should be different classes of licences available like there is with motor vehicles. All I am wanting, is to operate a 12' aluminium boat which will occasionally have on it a small electric motor. This will be used on small interior fishing lakes .Lots of the info will never apply. Also, if its all about safety..it seems bizarre to me that a person can not go back to see which question was answered wrong. It may be the information that one day I need to save a fellow boaters life, or my own.”

“Easy lesson plans from start to finish and great website interface! The fact the website allowed you to save your progress and come back at a later time (since it took be almost 4 hours total to complete) allowed me to break it up a bit... so for me this feature was very helpful.”

“Although State age law exempted me from having to take a boating course, the Boatsmart course was a helpful refresher to me since it’s been over 30 yrs since I’ve owned and operated a boat.”

“Having taken many on-line courses over the years, I would say that this one is as good or better than most. One point ; I got four answers wrong. I would like to know the ones so that I can correct my knowledge and not go out into the world with misinformation.”
