“1. I know why you set the timers for each module and lesson so that people can't just skip ahead but the time is way too long. It seems to be set for the slowest reader with the least amount of boating experience. 2. It would be good to be able to download the written material to have for review prior to the test and, in fact, for future.”

“I had a problem opening the exam but support solved quickly. Very thorough course content and great visual graffics.”

“The content was fine, but the format needs some improvements. I would lose focus each lesson as I would be done reading far before the timer was up. I don't want to sit and stare at a computer screen for double the time if I don't need to. Next, should really be available whenever you are ready to progress, or even in half the time.”

“I really enjoyed the course and completed it within a day. My two complaints are the practice quizzes don’t show you which questions were wrong. Also, one video had “audio jungle” embedded in the sound track which is really more funny then a complaint.”

“I read at least twice as fast as the timer. I understand you want to make sure people read everything, but there must be a better way to do it. The experience was quite aggravating”

“Easy to navigate program, felt very comfortable and prepared going into final test. Only critique is the wait time in between screens is a little long and a couple of minor grammatical errors in the text.”

“I have called 3 times, not once did I get through. I am hold as we speak over an hour? I emailed twice. This is the worst customer service I have ever had all for a boating license. HORRIBLE!”

“It was difficult with the timers, made the course about 5 hours long, when I could’ve completed it in about 2 1/5. I did it in a group of 3, and one of our finale tests did not work and you guys did not help us figure it out. So one person did all the modules to not be able to Finnish the course.”
