“What I didn't like is that on the quizzes it doesnt show the questions you got wrong and the correct answers to them”

“One issue you guys have is there are some that I am aware of that get others to do their exams for them (cheating). This issue somewhat irritates me as I spend many hours reading and completing the course. In any case, it might be something you might wish to think about, I haven't got the slightest clue how one can circumvent that other then having people come into an office somewhere for the final exam. Regarding the course itself, being a boater on and off throughout my life there was still significant content in which I learned something more and so I found it interesting. :) I really liked that one can compete it at ones' own pace and that re-reading sections to do the quiz again if failure occurs was quite helpful; in my case section 3 and I had misunderstandings a few times.. but I got it. Which I need sometimes.”

“Went into this knowing very little about boating and regulations. The course does take some time but it is easy to follow and afterwards made writing the test a breeze. Finished the test in about 20 min. Would recommend.”

“The only criticism would be that when you answer wrong, you are never told the correct answer, and what question you got wrong. The whole point should be to learn, so this defeats the purpose.”

Hi Candice - thanks for leaving feedback! The Pleasure Craft Operator Card is a National certification (and also accepted as proof of competency by NASBLA in the USA), so the content reflects being able to operate a boat in different environments.
