“This was a pretty good course but it has been like six weeks and I haven't got my license so that's why I'm a little upset besides that I really liked this course.”

“it was good. But it needs into different categories of licences. I persoally will never be operating a large vessel on the St. Lawrence seaway so some of the questions really don't pertain to me. The most i would small boat or seadoo.”

“Overall I thought the BOATsmart programme was very good, there was one thing that I found odd and would recommend changing. The animation of the woman on the dock that was receiving the plan for the fellow that was going boating. I don't believe having her breasts as large and obvious as they were really added to the content of the course. Perhaps you could be sensitive to this as it comes across as being quite sexist.”

“Very good course but it takes too long to do. The timed instruction in each module is painfull if you know the material. But it is a good course for beginners. Thank you”

“The modules are nicely designed and the instruction were clear. It would have been nice to know how much time needed to be invested. I unfortunately started late in the day expecting a 4 to 6 hour investment. By the time I finished the exam, I had invested over 9 hours. When I enrolled I paid for an extra card. I never got it.”

“I already had bought the book that I had read and I also had done the tests in the book. I was disappointed when On the site I had a timer and test tests to redo all over again. It should be written in the book that the practice tests are mandatory to the deduction of the final exam.”

“The process takes a long time, but theknowledge gained is very useful. I liked the emphasis on safety and personal responsibility. Personally, I found listening to each section very slow. I turned the sound off to read each part myself on the screen. But then I had to wait each time for the program to catch up with me at the end of each segment.”

“The material was very well laid out and extremely educational. There was some redundancy and some subject matter that was irrelevant to my personal needs but overall very informative. The duration of the process was about 4 hours which was a bit excessive however I really liked the save and return feature to help manage my time. Overall a very well put together program and very professionally presented.”
