“A well layout course to teach you boating habits, rules and regulations. I was disappointed that they did not tell you the question you got wrong. I now have to assume all my answers are correct but I know some were wrong...hmmm...I just don't know which ones.”

“I didn't have the text content of the course and therefore I made notes all through the course which were quite extensive. I spent a lot of hours on the course and review time (more than 15 hours) which I was not expecting. It was long. I am, however, very glad to have passed the test and get my Pleasure Craft Operator Card. Thank you.”

“I really liked the videos because just when you see you have 21-52 videos on a mudule you see the video and it's fun, engaging and you learn a lot! Plus lots of information was given. :-)”

“The same information was covered over and over again. I felt certain areas were in numerous modules. If the information was condensed it would have made the course a lot more efficient and not as frustrating.”

“The course was good. But because of where I live the internet kept going down in the middle of the final test. Because of that I had to start over three times. Not your problem but maybe a way to get back in without losing your place in the last test.”

“Took a long time like 3 plus hours of reading and practice tests.real test goes as fast as you can answer. Or you can do it slow aslong as your done in the 70+ min.passed first try so guess it was worth the 3+ hours of reading and practice tests”

“Customer service is excellent..I would suggest any specials offers that are posted on example Facebook should be on your web site as well. People like myself do not like going on links due to scams and spam that come with links.”

“All topics were covered, especially liked the easy to remember sayings - I recommend taking notes as you go on the sections that are new to you. Perhaps your summaries could provide notes to print out.”

“This program made studying easy but the best part was the awesome customer support when I lost my passwords not once but twice! The staff were either available immediately or got back to me right away even on a long week-end. One improvement would be to speed up the page timer as I am a fast reader and could have completed the program much faster but the page timer had not yet run down. Thanks!”
