“Very easy to understand, thorough and best of all i didn't have to leave the house!”

“I like that both smart kept track of my progress because I took my time and picked it up here and there when I could. It would have been nice to have a refresher or practice quiz available before the main exam Because I was a little rusty on some of these units done months before. As it is I had to look up a competitors practice Exam to refresh myself before taking it. I would also like to see some sort of reading time options. I’m a fairly fast reader and it was very annoying to have to sit and wait for Extra-minutes when I finish the page because my time wasn’t up yet. That’s why I stretch this out over the course of a couple of years because I bothered to wait For each page it...really annoyed me.”

“The course was easy to follow, well laid out and assisted in progressive learning. However, I would strongly recommend that the questions answered incorrectly in the final exam be reviewed at the end of the exam, with the incorrectly answered questions being reviewed and the correct answers provided as additional study. It isn't very helpful that this does not take place and to me, wold be an additional learning advantage. How can we correct what we don't know is wrong?”

“Crashed many times on my I pad. Did not tell me whicch answers were wrong so could not focus on weak areas, frustrating experience.”

“I liked everything about this online course. Ease of use and was happy that you could replay each individual video just incase you didn't catch everything. Things I think that could change, if you don't pass a quiz after a module I don't think you should have to rewatch all the videos. Also noticed that some of the videos played almost twice before you could move onto the next video”

“It didn't Your website needs work It hangs up too much. It does not interface easily. There is no review section after each quiz to let you know where you have been incorrect. There are questions on the government exam that aren't covered in the training. The training is not seamless i.e. the topics and the arrangement of them are out of sync with the quiz questions. More to the point, when talking rules and regulations , the training material is not precise enough. That being said, it was good enough to qualify me for my PCOC. Summary: Your course has potential to be outstanding but currently I would consider the delivery mediocre.”

“First off I read the book and then watched each video which made it like hands on training. Questions were easy if you were paying attention and learnt something from the videos and reading the book.”

“The information and modules is great and I had no issues with the sites-exam or quizzes.my only comment is the restricted timer per page of each module made taking the course longer Than necessary. There were many cases that I was done reading and had to wait for the timer to be done before hitting next. Reading the book would not have this lengthy delay.”
