“I purchased a few items, all of which were of really bad quality! Most of the items also had a really bad odour when I opened the packaging! Overall I was extremely disappointed!”
“I purchased some clothes a few weeks ago and had to send most of them back because of very poor quality and misrepresented in the photos. Hermes has shown that the package was delivered and signed for, yet Gemma in customer services lies to me to say it’s not been delivered. I am a very sick woman and the stress of chasing up my refund is making me quite ill. Gemma has stopped responding to my emails now I have the proof of delivery. I am considering speaking with online fraud police as my concern for my unreturned money is now growing on an hourly rate.”
“Returned an item a second time after fitting was bad. There wasn’t an option to select as verbatim so used “didn't suit” as reason for return. CONNOR from customer service firmly declines a full refund. They returned funds for the item but not the delivery. Second time i had to chase after a purchase and this time round , it’s really getting frustrating. I though it was a simple returns process. I’ll be using ASOS next time and urge everyone else aswell if you want to avoid this grief.”

“My daughter bought a dress from Boohoo for her grandads funeral, when she opened it there was a hole in it, which looked like a scissor cut, firstly an item should not have been sent out like this, I had to repair it the best I could as we was limited for time as the funeral was the next day. Although what’s even worse I emailed Boohoo and they requested photos of the hole which I emailed nearly 2 weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard anything!! Terrible service at such a distressing time anyway, and don’t have the decency to reply or even bother resolving the issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service at anytime but at a time like this. They don’t even deserve one star but it wouldn’t let me leave a review with no stars!!!”
“Poor quality clothes. Clothes also stink like a garden shed; I shudder to imagine the cleanliness of their warehouse! Return process not clear and no label sent with breakdown of items! Will never use them again!!”

Returned item then tracked my return you received item 2 days later but took you 7 days to tell me you have now received my return then could take another 7 days for me to receive my refund!! DISCUSTING customer service will never be using BOOHOO again”

I explained they had broke the law and as they had not refunded the overcarge I would be returning the items. They said I was welcome to do that and ended the conversation with take care have a good day.
They would rather not make a sale than rectify their mistake.

“They have a big assortiment of clothing, but when you try them on, the fit isn't good or the quality is very cheap. One item was faulty already, it had a tear in the fabric.
When I wanted to return the whole order, I had to pay for the return shipping costs. Since I don't live in the UK, I had to pay 14(!) euros... Such a waste of money. I am never ordering at Boohoo.com again, and I am cancelling my account once I have my money back.”
“Offer next day delivery for Northern Ireland, during the check out process doesn't give you anywhere to check exclusion, you need to go back search for a while to then find that ALL postcodes for Northern Ireland are excluded from next day delivery to Northern Ireland! Hhhhmmmm so where does that service deliver to?
Customer service did absolutely nothing at all except, say yes I understand! Then didn't reply when I asked where this service delivered too!... Nowhere because it doesn't exist.”
“Terrible service. Paid for next day delivery, it is now 5 days later and I still haven't received anything. I have spoken to Toyib and Shaban in customer service and they could not have cared less and to try and resolve issues merely offered a free code for next day delivery (which I know from this experience means nothing). I am going on holiday on the weekend and those items were supposed to be coming with me. I will ensure to keep posting this feedback to warn others not to bother spending the extra money with them and how their customer service team are disinterested.”
“I bought a night dress, sort of like lingerie. The top is see through and floral, I slept in it last night and the black material stained my skin!! Both of my boobs have an imprint of the dress material. It literally dyed my skin. Very shocked by the material quality, the nighty is going straight in the bin!!”
“I inquired about my refund to Boohoo and I still have not received my second refund I was meant to receive it on the 23rd April and it is now the 24th. I have received my first refund for one item and not the other.
I am not happy with there customer service as I should have received my whole refund in one part but that was not the case as they thought I returned one item instead of two. I am not happy at all with the customer service and the quality of your clothing as it is very poor. The materials that they are made out of are very cheap and one of my items had a hole in it.”
