“I ordered 5 dresses - all size 10. I am 5 foot 5 and weight 8 stone. None of the dresses fitted me and I am not overweight. I am usually a size 8 in clothes but I head read online that Boohoo can run small so I ordered the size 10 to be on the safe side. Quality is terrible, material was thin, flimsy zips. Have to return the whole order now. Not happy. Avoid. Products depicted are not the same in reality. The sizing is all over the place.”

“Very, very cheap material. Ordered a pair of sports leggings and joggers, both were nearly completely see-through with absolutely no stretch at all. The material was like a cheap cotton and it feels and looks as though the clothes were very cheaply made. Would not embarrass myself by wearing in public. The sizes are also very poor. I'm normally a 14 in tshirts, yet the app suggested I order 18 from my measurements. Ordered 2 size 18 tshirts and both of them were far too small - looked more like a 12. Went a size up for a pair of shoes as well and it seems like I've been sent a pair of children's shoes as they're absolutely tiny in width and length. No option for item reviews on the website which should have been a red flag that they don't want new buyers to know how awful their cheap produce is. A lot of the items I bought have unmarked labels on the clothes as well, with no brand name or anything just washing instructions. It's like they've bought their items wholesale from an incredibly cheap market supplier. DO NOT BUY FROM BOOHOO!!!”

“Very disappointed! I have ordered some maternity clothes for myself - first time I have received it a week later even though I have paid for next day delivery - delivery charge has never been refunded to me.
Second time my items have been delivered to completely different house, luckily enough these people knew who I was and have given me my parcel later.
And the third and last time I have tried to give Boohoo a chance I have again not received my order on time & still awaiting for it!
I am 7 months pregnant and I really do not need any additional stress - but this has been very stressful to deal with Boohoo & their delivery company Hermes!

“I ordered a coat on line and at the time there was an offer of 1.99 delivery if you entered the code BOOHOO just before I clicked Apple Pay I checked the total was 11.99 . It was . When I clicked to pay it took 14.99 .
When I got hold of someone to sort this out I was told did I have a screenshot of the code having been applied -obviously I didn’t as I wasn’t expecting a problem .
They said they couldn’t help . Now it’s not the 3.00 as it’s such a small amount but just think if they did this to 300 or 3000 people . Good money .
I really feel aggrieved that they didn’t believe what I was saying although they could clearly see what time I made the order and what offer was on and why would I pay 4.99 delivery when I quite clearly saw the 1.99 offer”
“Its the worst company I have ever dealt with. No contact telephone number. The Email add to Customer Services is full and unable to deliver. Its been almost 2 months and no sign of my refund. Its appalling!”
“I ordered a pair of their boots and when it arrived it was the wrong one. I emailed them to let them know they sent the wrong one (with pictures included) and to send me the the correct pair and a shipping label for this box. When they finally got back to me, to do the refund online but I saw that it was gonna charge me to print the shipping label. I felt as though they were the ones that made the mistake so why do I have to pay to return it ($4). In our emails I consistently reiterated that I will not pay the shipping fee because they were the ones that made the mistake. It wasn’t even only about the money, it was the fact that they charge even if they made the mistake. They told to pay for the the label and send them a pic of the receipt once it’s done and my money for both the shoes and the shipping would be returned.
At the post office I had to also pay for a box because the return label boohoo charges you for need it’s own box and not just the boohoo bag. Now that’s an added $3 and some change. Mind you when you order the shoes you also pay $10 for shipping. The shoes were like $22 or something along the lines of that. The emails were over a span of several days because they take a while to respond. Once I shipped the item and told them everything that I was charged, I also attached a pic of the receipt for the shipping label and box. It was after this email that they completely stopped opening my emails (I have an email tracker so I can tell when it’s opened).
After some time, I received an automated email stating that my money has been refunded. When I checked the refund, they only refunded me the $22 Nd some change back that was the cost for the shoes. The didn’t refund the initial $10 shipping fee, the $3 shipping box fee, and/or the $4 shipping label fee. When I contacted them about all of this, they continued to ignored my emails.
I have never left a bad review before but my whole interaction has been terrible with boohoo. Their stuff isn’t the worst quality so my problem is not in regards to that. The problem I have is the fact that they were the ones that made the mistake of sending the wrong shoes, yet they still charging you for all of the shipping costs include the one from the first order because you don’t get a full refund that includes the shipping price. It’s really frustrating to communicate with them because they make promises that they can’t keep and when it comes time for it, they just ignore your emails. I believe all of their acts are intentional because they don’t even allow reviews on their website but you can clearly see here that I’m not the only one that’s had a problem with them. I do apologize for the extremely long review but I wanted to include all of the details.”

The material they use is HORRIBLE and cheap and their sizing it horrendous , I ordered a bigger size of joggers just in case and couldn’t get them past my knees! Waste of money and can’t return as I don’t have a printer!”
