“This store is the WORST store I've ever seen!
I DIDN'T GET A REFUND.
The package have arrived. But nobody have told me, and then the package gets back to them.
I ask to them to send me the itens again instead of refund me.
What have they done?
For don't pay the delivery, he didn't send me the package, and NEITHER have refunded me the money. And when I talk to them, they have abandoned me, 15 days waiting them to contact me and nothing (they aren't even thinking on contact me again). And then, they doesn't want to give me the delivery costs...
It's in the law they HAVE to refund me ALL the money.
But ok. I was waiting the refund. Again. And nothing.
I'm going to the police.

“Used the virtual size guide& exaggerated my size, it came up with 18, which is my usual size, but ordered a 20 anyway. It was an elasticated skirt. When it arrived, I couldn't get it past my knees! The waist measured 11" smaller than the UK average size! They're refusing to answer me as to why it's so small....shocking company!”
“I ordered 5 dresses - all size 10. I am 5 foot 5 and weight 8 stone. None of the dresses fitted me and I am not overweight. I am usually a size 8 in clothes but I head read online that Boohoo can run small so I ordered the size 10 to be on the safe side. Quality is terrible, material was thin, flimsy zips. Have to return the whole order now. Not happy. Avoid. Products depicted are not the same in reality. The sizing is all over the place.”
“Rubbish quality.. sizing all over the place... wanted to charge me for returning the poor quality products as they don't seem that as faulty. I won't order again as when you are buying online you don't see the flaws, the material they use is almost see through in some instances and for them to them charge to return for that reason seems unreasonable. Shame. Not in this day in age. I'll stick to asos and iconic they are loads loads better quality and they let you return free of charge.”

“Very, very cheap material. Ordered a pair of sports leggings and joggers, both were nearly completely see-through with absolutely no stretch at all. The material was like a cheap cotton and it feels and looks as though the clothes were very cheaply made. Would not embarrass myself by wearing in public. The sizes are also very poor. I'm normally a 14 in tshirts, yet the app suggested I order 18 from my measurements. Ordered 2 size 18 tshirts and both of them were far too small - looked more like a 12. Went a size up for a pair of shoes as well and it seems like I've been sent a pair of children's shoes as they're absolutely tiny in width and length. No option for item reviews on the website which should have been a red flag that they don't want new buyers to know how awful their cheap produce is. A lot of the items I bought have unmarked labels on the clothes as well, with no brand name or anything just washing instructions. It's like they've bought their items wholesale from an incredibly cheap market supplier. DO NOT BUY FROM BOOHOO!!!”
“I would not recommend it . I ordered a tank top and a short they send me two tank top . The loungewear was missing the shirt,the other set a whole on the leggings.

“Very disappointed! I have ordered some maternity clothes for myself - first time I have received it a week later even though I have paid for next day delivery - delivery charge has never been refunded to me.
Second time my items have been delivered to completely different house, luckily enough these people knew who I was and have given me my parcel later.
And the third and last time I have tried to give Boohoo a chance I have again not received my order on time & still awaiting for it!
I am 7 months pregnant and I really do not need any additional stress - but this has been very stressful to deal with Boohoo & their delivery company Hermes!
Very disappointed! Will not be using Boohoo ever again.”
“DO NOT BUY the black paisley face mask at £5. Absolute rip-off. There is no sewing or loops, just one piece of really cheap material cut by a machine. Must have coast about 2 pence and that’s not exaggerating. Disgusting exploitation of the Covid 19 crisis”
