“Very fast answers from the support team! my plans changed and I had to change the departure time, they replied immediately when I contacted them via Whatsapp, a great experience, will book the rest of my trips in Vietnam with Bookaway :D”

“First sight I didn’t expect on this one online website but things surprised me as everything works very well! I used to worry when the departure time didn’t come and the support team supported me with the pick-up and change requests properly 👍 Used them few times for my Vietnam travels already!”

“Great ride, the bus driver was very nice. I had to change my date and they were willing to do it with no charge although they didnt have to do it cause I changed it just few hours prior to the ride”
