Ordered from Boots.com on black Friday , expected delivery date 5th Dec. Unable to get through to customer services , Track & Trace not updated. Emails sent to customers services to chase , no reply. Dreadful customer service will never order from Boots again .

My order 3 weeks late never arrived. Customer service is awful won’t answer the phone, read and didn’t reply to my messages on Facebook. Absolute waste of time.

Ordered goods 28th November told delivery was by 7th December latest. One parcel arrived today 9th and as the cheapest items in it. No idea about the other parcel with the most expensive bits in. Customer care lines constantly engaged or you get booted off whilst waiting. Virtual chat has useless robot telling me there's a problem at a royal mail distribution centre somewhere. That's right blame them without bothering to look into it. Virtual chat also says to phone customer care line which of course is always engaged. Royal mail says they were advised a parcel was being sent to them on 1st December but have nothing since. Postman confirmed this means they don't have it otherwise it would update on system that they've got the parcel and a reference to current location. So where is it then? If I don't hear or have it by tomorrow i shall ask paypal to intervene and claim my money back. That is, after I've told absolutely everyone on social media pages including their own. I see many people in same boat. Disgrace. Shame on you Boots for offering the world with sales and offer a but not checking if have the capacity to fulfil it. If you paid by PayPal then go for a claim if you don't get your items. If you paid by card, then go for a chargeback as us your right. Then spend your refund somewhere that deserves your custom.

Royal Mail tracking says awaiting to receive goods from Boots dispatched on Nov 28th. Boots has got expected delivery date 3rd December. Still no parcel! Emailed Customer care no reply. As others say Customer care numbers always busy. Wasted so much time on this. Boots have taken £152 out of my account with no sign of delivery. Very disappointed. Worst Company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered on 26/11/20, website says parcel dispatched to a store rather than my house (as specified). Unable to contact customer service via phone as line 'unable to take calls' and disconnects. Appalling. If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked it. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Ordered my gifts on the 23rd November and only recieved one of these on 4th December! Still waiting for 5 items. Virtual assistant only says been dispatched to royal mail and phone line is constantly engaged. I would not use the online shopping again!

Placed order on line. Advised it had been sent from their warehouse on November 29. Still waiting for delivery. No notificationd from any delivery service. Completed website query on 7 December but no reply. Tried calling 0345 609 055 and Customer Care on 0345 070 8090 repeatedly but not taking calls.ycthe wetdrirwas on our wawould be delivered.

Tracking does not work, phone Centre is constantly engaged, email no joy either as just an automated response. I will NEVER use them again and will make sure High street Boots doesn’t get my business either. Complete rubbish!

wow!!!!!! How disgusting this company is for sending bought and paid for goods. And to get information about were the items are on top of that they do not answer the phone. emails are not acknowledged and the chat box is a computer that tells you to wait 3 more days every time you ask. taking this to the top as i am absolutely disgusted with a long running company that has gained customers trust and insulted them by taking there money and not delivering the goods.

I placed an order online and was sent an email with a tracking link that did not work. It took me to a Royal Mail page for returning parcels which would be great but I am still waiting for it to be delivered!! Tried emailing still waiting for a reply! If you are struggling to deliver on time would it not be better to keep customers informed? Awful service will never use again

Receive 5 bottles of perfume cost 300 They said they did not send in jiffy bag just sent them picture of parcel terrible perfumes all bashed and paid 4.95 postage as I am in lockdown says it can't send back must take to store it's 9 miles away never will I buy from them again so please don't buy online as they send it in jiffy bag.

Was very disappointed with pharmacy in the Coatbridge store yesterday when I went to pick up 2 repeat prescriptions and they were not ready knowing that my doctor put them in 4 days previous to myself picking them up only to be lied to from staff that they had just came from the doctors surgery it is getting ridiculous and happening constantly that surely someone must be able to take control off this and sort it out . I realise we are at times struggle to get things in order but how much notice do you have to give them jto have prescriptions ready for pick up .

Exellent customer service given at the Dewsbury store, special shout out to Karen on beauty went out of way twice to serve me while working stock & Sarah on tills also gave brilliant advice on makeup. Love going in there.

Ordered some Xmas presents on Boots’ website, however a completely different order turned up. Contacted customer services via email to make them aware, asking them how they would be collecting the incorrect order and asking for my original order to be sent out. They said they would not be sending out my correct order until I had returned the incorrect order to my local store. I advised I didn’t want to visit a store seeing as the mistake was not mine to rectify (plus it was a large box / items to return, not easy when you don’t drive!). I had paid for delivery for the very reason that I wanted to avoid going into a shop unnecessarily at this time. I said in my emails I’m very happy for them to have the incorrect items back seeing as they’re not mine and I have not paid for them, and suggested they either send a courier or use the royal mail collection service. My request was denied saying that their terms and conditions state that any order must be returned to store (or by dropping into the post office) before they would send out my correct order. I don’t see how an incorrect order sent out should follow the same terms and conditions as a customer deciding to return a product they don’t want anymore?! Yes mistakes happen, and I am not one to complain for that reason alone, but the onus should be on them to put it right not the customer. Awful customer experience. Will not be using again and I urge others to avoid based on the other recent 1 star reviews (I would give zero if possible!).
