I just went to Boots pharmacy in Barry as I have a UTI. I had spoken to a Boots Pharmacy in my home town in Gloucester on Thursday afternoon, who told me to continue with sachets I had. Also to drink plenty of water & get some cranberry juice, which I did. Then was told if still have symptoms after 48 hrs to pop into any Boots while i was away, pharmacist could give me a P/x, which is what I did in Barry. But the pharmacy just said I have to much to do, can't see you today! So much for all the radio adverts I hear your Boots pharmacist are here for you, to save GP's. What a lot of rubbish, all she wanted to do was get rid of me to Tesco pharmacy in Cardiff, 10 miles away!

My order of. 12 packs incontinence pads is now being delivered in 3 separate boxes. 1 large, and 2 smaller boxes. They used to be delivered in the largest box. Surely this is not environmentally friendly. Order confirmation 756025973 Regards

I was served by Emily in Wakefield Boots on Sunday. She was so pleasant and helpful. I worked for Boots years ago and can't believe how much it has changed. You are lucky to find an assistant now,never mind one who enjoys their job and wants to actually serve you.Well done Emily.

Placed an order on the basis of an offer emailed to me by Boots. The offer wasn't applied at check-out. Emailed customer services, but just got pointless, generic emails. They wouldn't cancel the order - told me I would have to take delivery and send it back. Boots are fine if everything goes OK, but any problems and their customer service is awful, rude and unpleasant.

What has happened to Boots? The worst customer service I have ever encountered. False advertising left me being financially disadvantaged. Hours of unanswered complaint emails over two months. Finally received a letter from a Mr Harrison admitting liability but not offering any compensation. This company offers zero customer service and their Google reviews confirm I am not alone. Their stores are tired and unstocked. I don’t think it will be long before they disappear from the market place, I will never shop here again.

Absolutely shocking customer service and very misleading advertising Very difficult to find you get charged for airport click and collect tried to complain to be talked over by call handler and told he was ending the call Avoid this company

Last week I visited Boots in Trowbridge with my granddaughter to PURCHASE an Essie nail varnish strengthener. This was not available on the shelf. However on leaving the aisle I noticed a shop assistant closely watching me. Whilst I realise shop lifting is on the increase I am NOT A shoplifter and do not appreciate being so closely scrutinised in this way. Shortly before entering this shop we had been to Boots Opticians where I purchased a new pair of prescription glasses so I am really not interested in stealing a varnish costing a few pounds. I am 73 years of age and will never visit this shop again.

To start only given one star as you cannot give none! A week ago Boots in Chard gave my prescription and a copy of my script to a random stranger. The script has details of my name address and date of birth, my doctors details and all of my medication. This was enough information for someone to commit a fraud in my name. I have spent a week trying to complain but am constantly fobbed of by the customer services team and told the manager I need to speak to is on holiday and will be back tomorrow! If you have any sense you will not get your prescriptions from Boots

I spend a lot of money in boots, but no longer. The stores are outdated and the lighting is shocking, they appear to be saving in electricity and much more. The experience gets worse every time I visit There are very little if any staffed checkouts, and very few staff available to help. nearly all checkouts and stores are self service. It might be a good idea to review your offer, people sometimes need face to face support and advice, particularly elderly. Self service checkouts may be quick, and a cheaper option for the company but continually having to ask staff for help at the till, is annoying and stressful, I’m not trained as a checkout assistant !!! Today I spent over £100 on items, and my experience was extremely stressful, to cap it all I lost an item of over £40.00 by the time I got home! It just seems to get worse every time I shop, so now I’m moving next door to Superdrug which is a much more pleasant experience! No thank you Boot, there is no customer service so cat rate that !!

Website is pretty terrible to use . Slow/not functioning half the time .Gave up on my order after trying several times . Had same experience when I tried again.Wont bother again. Will just buy elsewhere

The staff in the Shrewsbury branch apart from one or two notable exceptions ESPECIALLY in the pharmacy are disgraceful. They don't give a damn about customers.I had a badly bleeding toe today so I bought some antiseptic wipes and plasters in Boots to deal with it and asked if I could use their consulting room. All I got was a no.

I was having problems with ordering online because I tried to change address as recently moved and made some mistakes. Unfortunately I got locked out of my account. Debbie at head office had the patience of a saint helping me. A really lovely lady who definitely went above and beyond. A huge thank you Debbie. You are a star.

I visited your store today at Boots Healey business park.Sheffield.I was served by Paulinho on the perfume counter. I would like to say what a really lovely young lady she is, she went above and beyond what was expected of her, she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her to help me. I certainly hope when I visit the store again.which I do frequently I will be served by this really kind and helpful young lady.

Ordered 23rd of April 2025. Estimated delivery 26th of April 2025. It never arrived, no courier details were given, so Boots cancelled on the 3rd of May 2025.  11th of June 2025 and still waiting for my refund. Have emailed about 10 times.  I ordered in good faith, boots took my money but didn't fulfill their obligations to me. 5 weeks of emails and have still not received my refund.

I tried to exchange my boots points but the items came to more than the points I had. Very unhelpful girl on the checkout said that I would not be able to pay with my points and the balance by card. I have had similar problems in the past but only at the Holloway Road branch and will not be returning. Inexperienced staff cause bad customer experience.

Deeply Disappointed and Outraged by Staff Behaviour at Boots Tottenham Hale, I am writing to express my extreme anger and disappointment regarding an unacceptable incident that took place at your Boots store located at 2, Tottenham Hale Retail Park, Broad Ln, London N15 4QD. My wife and her mother were treated in an appallingly rude and aggressive manner by the store manager. The way they were spoken to was completely unprofessional, demeaning, and utterly disrespectful. There is absolutely no justification for treating customers—let alone women—with such hostility. Let me be clear: this type of behaviour is inexcusable. I wonder if the manager would have dared to speak that way had I been present. It’s deeply disturbing to think your staff might be selectively confrontational, depending on who they think they can intimidate. Needless to say, neither my wife, her mother, nor I will ever step foot in that store again. You have lost our business permanently, and I will make sure others know what kind of treatment they may face at this location. I expect this incident to be formally investigated, and appropriate action taken. A store manager represents your brand, if this is the standard of conduct you accept, it speaks volumes about the wider culture at Boots.
