I've ordered presents for my brothers birthday. I didn't get my order, when contacted boots, I've been informed that its been delivered and they cant do anything about it. So they care about their customers soo much that as soon as anything goes wrong, they leave you out of pocket and won't help you with the issue. This is unacceptable and frustrating as now im out of pocket and no goods. Please becareful when ordering as this could be you in the future.

Order NOT received and customer service RUDE Order has been marked as delivered when I wasnt home. Photo shows the couriers shoe, no parcel and not at my door either. I have not received my order from Boots. I have called customer services and they say they are investigating with royal mail. But are unwilling to reship or refund me during this time. This is unacceptable, my contract was between myself and boots and I know my rights. Customer service are awful, they will not let you speak to a manager, they speak to you like you're something off the bottom of their shoe. They dont care at all and won't sort out the issues. When you dont accept that you have to wait 21 days, they just hang up on you. I do not have to wait 21 days for royalmail to get back to boots. Im absolutely appalled by this company. I certainly will not be ordering online from them again. I will be contacting trading standards and the legal ombudsman and if I do not hear back from Boots within the next few days, I will also instruct my payment provider to do a chargeback

Boots at Merseyway Stockport is completely useless in everything they do including trying to ring as can take an hour before getting through to them . BOOKED a FLU jab last year & again this year September 2025 & both cancelled a couple of hours before the appointment with a poor excuse !! Wasted my time . Close the place down if you can't run it properly . Won't be going there again.

I had bad experience with the staffs of boots Alwadha mall branch, I just made a phone call and asked about a medicine that I regularly purchasing in there, the first person who answered the call said that he will check the medicine and call back, but he didn't, and then I called again and explained the scenario to the second person , he was very aggressive and said "we are not robot here come and check" his name was mohammad. about 7.15 pm on 11th September, 2025.

Placed an order. Never even attempted delivery as Royal Mail returned it to sender for bad packaging. Asked for my order to be replaced. They apparently can’t do that. They can take my money and hold it up to 14 when it’s their fault I haven’t even received the parcel. Customer service is terrible

Whether it's the pharmacy or general Boots shopping I am so impressed by the staff every time I'm there in person. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff is absolutely second to none. Maybe this just happens in my local branch.....Motherwell Brandon Parade. The Boots App does need some work though!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Boots Kings Heath Birmingham on 27th August. I was near the pharmacy counter with a question about a product. A member of staff had just finished serving a customer, but instead of acknowledging me or asking if I needed help, she walked away and went to serve another customer at the pharmacy. I then approached another member of staff on the shop floor, Hazel, to ask about a promotional offer. To my shock, she responded with a rude tone and unprofessional attitude. If I had been a mystery shopper, Hazel would have most definitely failed, as her behaviour did not reflect the standards expected in customer service. Having worked in customer service and care for over 20 years, I can confidently say this level of service is unacceptable. Staff in retail roles should be approachable, respectful, and attentive, because customers are the reason the business exists. Sadly, this was my second bad experience at this store, and I will not be returning. I hope Boots takes action to improve recruitment and training at this branch, as staff with such poor manners and disregard for customers seriously damage the company’s reputation.

I went into Boots in Elgin I approached a young lady called Marni she was on cash but came and assisted me with make up products she let me know she wasn’t a beauty consultant but she was very helpful she took the time to to show me what products I needed even applied to let me see what I thought. My friend and I went back a week later and both of us bought the products she helped us with she was very helpful and I will definitely be going back and will be looking for Marni. We need more assistants like Marni she is definitely an asset to your company. ver

Served today by a lovely young lady in Stratford upon Avon. She was so helpful. Nothing was too much for her. I think her name was Ruby although she didn’t have a name badge on. She even helped me pack my bag. Well done Ruby.

I just went to Boots pharmacy in Barry as I have a UTI. I had spoken to a Boots Pharmacy in my home town in Gloucester on Thursday afternoon, who told me to continue with sachets I had. Also to drink plenty of water & get some cranberry juice, which I did. Then was told if still have symptoms after 48 hrs to pop into any Boots while i was away, pharmacist could give me a P/x, which is what I did in Barry. But the pharmacy just said I have to much to do, can't see you today! So much for all the radio adverts I hear your Boots pharmacist are here for you, to save GP's. What a lot of rubbish, all she wanted to do was get rid of me to Tesco pharmacy in Cardiff, 10 miles away!

My order of. 12 packs incontinence pads is now being delivered in 3 separate boxes. 1 large, and 2 smaller boxes. They used to be delivered in the largest box. Surely this is not environmentally friendly. Order confirmation 756025973 Regards

I was served by Emily in Wakefield Boots on Sunday. She was so pleasant and helpful. I worked for Boots years ago and can't believe how much it has changed. You are lucky to find an assistant now,never mind one who enjoys their job and wants to actually serve you.Well done Emily.
