Honestly Boots doesn't even deserve one star! Please avoid making any online orders with Boots especially prestigious items such as perfumes! I had placed an order for a one million perfume along with FCUK gift set and two deaodrants. I received everything apart from the One million perfume! On contacting customer service, they said they will investigate and it will take 5-10 days. I kept on waiting for a refund but at last they refused! They said their investigations show the perfume was packed? However here I the customer did not receive it?! My parcel did not have the perfume in it but Boots did not care. They literally have kept my money to increase their profits. Pathetic company ever! Never will I ever shop again for Boots! Worst company, worst customer service!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Aolutley horrified at the customer service dept at boots.com, placed and order and recieved yhe wrong items, contacted customer service and was advised to send to the parcel back and my correct order would then be dispaitched, item was delivered to them (I tracked it) contacted them again and was advised to email them and my correct order would be dispatched (I did as requested) so I have been following this up everyday and emailing asking when I should expect to recieve my items, my emails are replied back by a different customer rep every time I get a reply and every email states I need to wait 14 days for my return to be processed then I will recieve a refund. No mention of my original order or the fact they knew my parcel was being returned on 3rd feb and stil took un money for my order in 5th feb, absolutley shocking service.

They have got rid of all manned checkouts in Boots at Burton Upon Trent. All self serve checkouts. Unfortunately I don't agree with this, they are taking jobs away from people. Therefore I left my purchases and walked along to Superdrug who have actual people working on their tills.

I ordered from the Boots website and they sent me the wrong products.When I contacted CS they asked me to send the parcel back. I never heard from them again. After a month of chasing my refund they emailed back and said the parcel didn't have the correct weight and that they won't refund me. Nice way to increase income. If you didn't know it was Boots you would think it's a scam! When I sent a formal complaint I received a standard reply saying: Thank you for your feedback. And that was that. Money gone! I am absolutely furious.

Been a very good customer and have spent a lot of money with Boots over the years and I am now very disappointed with the company. I tried to place an order for just over £60 using the code POINTSBOOST10 but it would not work as another promo was already uploaded onto my account. I couldn’t delete the other reward on my account. I called your customer care team and was transferred to advantage card team who said they couldn’t deal with it and also said they had many people calling today with the same problem so they transferred me back. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it either. Unbelievable. I asked to speak to a Manager but was refused. You have lost a very loyal customer.

BOOTS have issues with their IT and are incapable of rectifying their problems !! I have tried via the customer services department and spoken with numerous staff who all contradict each other. I am now dealing with the executive office via email ONLY ! as they refuse to connect me to the department !! The problem has been going on for 4 weeks now and they are not fit for purpose !

I ordered a Tom Ford eau de toilet for my wife and followed the next day delivery process. My item NEVER arrived and I have no idea where it is . A DISGRACEFUL service .

Absolutely shocking customer service. Reading many complaints about the same thing. Ordered two bottles of aftershave just before Christmas only one arrived. Emails back and forth over 4 weeks. They kept saying it’s been delivered and there is nothing we can do, basically drawing a line under it and expecting me to lose £59. I feel cheated and will not be using them to buy goods online again . They obviously have some kind of problems in their dispatch department as items keep going missing without explanation! Avoid at all costs!

Boots are thieves took £251 out of my account and have only sent me £14 worth of goods! Customer service we’re full of corporate rubbish! I still have no explanation of where my goods are and no sight of a refund! Will go to Superdrug in the future.

Do not order online from this company Full order did not arrive now suffering a loss of £59 After many emails Boots do not want to know. I’m disgusted at my treatment and judging by the thousands of complaints I’m Not alone with this experience. I will never shop here again

Placed an order for a little under £300 worth of goods Was told all bar one item was posted under a particular tracking number Parcel with that number arrived - it had three bottles of shampoo in it and nothing else Used their Virtual Assistant, it told me to wait until the other parcel with the last item arrived, in case the rest of my order was in there Second parcel arrived, it only contained one item Contacted Boots customer care to ask when I could expect the rest of my order Boots customer care advised that they would take up to 21 days to carry out an "investigation" before they decided whether or not to "authorize" giving me either the items I'd paid for, or a refund Now I'm out almost £300, Boots is holding onto my money, and their lack of a timely a d reasonable response means I don't even have the funds to go elsewhere to get what I need Fortunately I did pay by credit card and as it was over £100, I'm covered by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act I will not be using Boots again, and strongly recommend other customers avoid this untrustworthy, unreliable company

DO NOT DO AN ON LINE ORDER WITH BOOTS...... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. ORDERED WITH THEM PAID NEXT DAY DELIVERY, 7 DAYS LAYER STILL NOT HAD THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE SHOCKING WHEN I RANG THEM THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD SENT THE GOODS OUT AND THERE WAS NO MORE THEY CAN DO...... SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE..

Aggressive sales tactics by beauty counter staff risk undermining this company's growth strategy. Boots are clearly seeking to compete in the health and beauty market, but I experienced such unpleasant treatment in their Milton Keynes store this week that I will not return. I wanted to buy two products that I have bought before but was hounded repeatedly by a sales assistant who simply would not leave me alone. Her aggressive sales tactics were so unpleasant I eventually walked out. Boots risk reputational damage by pursuing this approach - customers are seeking brands that match their values, while providing value for money: they're not seeking to be patronised, told they're wrong or pressured into buying products they don;t want or need.

As of late. The last visit was ok. The male seemed too engineer an debate even thoe I did not even know him. My last complaint about the service I had he brought up. He then told me in a sarcastic polite way that the blond woman says thanks for that review. He then advised me to take into consideration that the other male was learning. I personally think that he had no idea what so ever but too be frank. What a place that is going down hill. No name badges nothing. I only come in for my meds. If it carries on. Then it will escalate into something else. I am sure of that. Maybe these two should go on a course too improve their policies in politeness and not engage into wanting a negative feedback. When I go back in next I hope it goes well. If not i will not be so polite and give them back what they dish out. Or better still just not go back. If you like a Karen chemist then this could be the place too sign up too.

Ordered two aftershave only one arrived in the box. Phoned boots and they originally said they would refund I then chased it up because the refund hadn't gone in the bank. To be then told they had conducted their investigations and they wouldn't be refunding in effect saying I had stolen/lost the product even though the box they had sent was too small for two products. Surely after reading all these complaints they should be conducting their own investigations to see whats wrong with their own procedures. I've spent £100s at Boots over the years. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Free covid tests to the medically vulnerable not available at Boots without a letter from a doctor ... at huge cost as a state pensioner? Despite repeat medication supplied by my local Boots for 25yrs and access to my medical history they won't provide free as otherwise 'anyone could just come in and ask for them'. Insulting at the least and failing to assist prevention at worst.

If I could give less than a star I would. Horrible customer service. I ordered something online and they didn’t even ask me to confirm the delivery address, it went straight to check out. I paid and got confirmation with the wrong address. I tried to cancel or edit the address immediately, but it didn’t work. I then tried to call the next day (the lines are closed on the Sunday, when I placed the order). The lady over the phone was rude and hung up the call, saying that she can’t do anything and I should try talking with Royal Mail. I bought the item as a Christmas present, now I have nothing to give to the person… not only that; the item was worth over £300!! You just stole my money, delivered the item to the wrong address and you don’t care. I just wish you go bankrupt, you don’t deserve to have customers. Never using boots again, they don’t care for the customers. Merry Christmas, enjoy my money!

Ordered/paid for perfume 30/11 to be delivered to store 5/12. It never arrived. Ive been to the shop 3times and was given different advice. Ive also phoned 4 times. Ive 'eventually' been told it wasnt dispatched / lost but they cant dispatch it now!!!! I bought the perfume at the sale price of £42. Its now £70 so through no fault of my own ive missed out on that price. Ive been offered a refund (not arrived yet) but i cant understand why i cant be sent a bottle considering its 'in stock' online and in the shops??? Terrible customer service, i wont be using them again

My parcel has been delivery full of paper and without the product. I called Boots and they said the parcel has been delivered properly and haven’t refund my money! Although they don’t even have a proof that someone received the parcel. I asked for a picture of my signature and of course they don’t have any! They left the box on my front door and all they have is a picture of my door. Apparently they went on an investigation with Royal Mail and just decided not taking any responsibility!!!!
