Awful aftercare ! All they are interested in is selling you the product , afterwards it’s a matter of survival of the fittest trying to get anything else from them. The audiologists move around from shop to shop , just a rubbish company !

Was advised my appointment had been ‘ amended’ by text to an unsuitable time. Have spent half the morning listening to a boring repetitive message telling me everyone is busy ! what happened to personal service! could I not have been called and been given the choice of a new appointment time to suit my requirements ?

Do not go to Boots for your hearing aids I have had many problems with mine on My last visit I was promised a temporary pair as I am struggling without any. I went to the Grimsby branch on the 5th of October and stiĺ have not heared a thing since. I played a lot of money for them and feel like I am being ignored. So I would not recommend Boots to any of my friends and told to go somewhere else

Went for a hearing test in Tiverton. The facility was grubby waiting in in a small corridor. The hearing test examiner looked as though he would have preferred to be somewhere else. After a few short questions he recommended a private person to syringe my ears....very unprofessional service.

Knowing that my husband was experiencing hearing loss, as well as tinnitus I decided to have my hearing checked too. We came to Boots to be told we both needed hearing aids! We decided to get a second opinion. My husband now has hearing aids, programmed so they help with his hearing but don't increase the tinnitus. But, this time I was told that though I had a slight hearing loss nothing was needed other than another test in two years.

I agree wholeheartedly with the other negative reviews. The after sales service is dire...appointments cancelled and new appointments made for dates I cannot do(they are then cancelled and so it goes on) .No response to my emails. When I telephoned to explain this I got no apology..just told I was now out of refund time.!When I said in desperation I had been forced go to a rival I was told this invalidated my guarantee!I then explained that the rival saw me at once and said the problem was earwax which they removed so never touched the hearing aid I received no apology. All I want is my money back and to take my business elsewhere!

I did not feel I was listened to . The audiologist kept making assumptions , like my husband would advise in hearing aid cleaning , changing filters because he had the same hearing aids. I said sitting in the lounge I could hear people flushing the toilet and washing their hands better than hearing the TV . This was fobbed off , I was called back for repeat appointments week after week to sort out the problem at a time when I was suffering with long covid and had breathing issues eventually I told her to forget it , new audiologist arrived so I booked an appointment for a Friday as I don't work on a friday.this was changed without reference to me for a Thursday when I could not attend as I work . Not impressed. I have to go back as I paid a lot of money and the hearing aid still does not work

My husband bought hearing aids from your Swindon branch, which we paid fir in full. After a couple of months, they didn't seem to be working properly, but the hearing consultant didn't seem interested in helping once they where paid for. They after care service is very disappointing and we wish we had gone somewhere else now

Terrible audiologist (Heeral) at Boots Oxford Street Branch, lack of customer service, avoid this branch. Hopefully the other branches provide a far better service.

I have had great service from both Mubarak and Sophie at Boots Hearing Centre Middlebrook store near Bolton. From my first hearing test and purchase of my Hearing Aids i could not have had better service. all my appointments have been on time and all my experience at this store could not have been more professional, i would recommend this Store to all in the area.

Appalling customer service, my mother was sold phonak hearing aids in 2021 which have never worked properly. She’s 92 yrs of age, spent over £2,000 for something that has caused nothing but stress and upset, far from improving her quality of life. Definitely wouldn’t recommend boots hearingcare or phonak hearing aids.

1. Misleading selling-promising improved hearing which didn’t materialise. 2. Having tinkered about with the hearing aids over a number of visits with no improvement refusing return of goods/refund as now outside the statutory period (how convenient for Boots) and 3. To cap it all received today a reply to my written complaint-it is on unheaded paper and not signed-could have been typed by anyone, anywhere. Looks like a ‘draft’ and there may be a page missing as it doesn’t make sense. Have no idea where to go from here! (Well I have-and it won’t be Boots Hearing Care)

I have had these Phonax hearing aids for three years but I have not been able to wear them full time.Several times I have phoned the branch but I have had no responds from the Audiologist.he was always with a client or he didn’t respond. I told him that i have trouble with my right ear canal,it has bend in the right ear canal and it was difficult to keep it in.this was pointed to him at the first meeting. So I took them back saying the were not fit for purpose.they were sent back. Earlier this year I was given a Saturday appointment a lady called Sarah. I told her my problem .she looked at my hearing aid and immediately diagnosed the problem so back to the repairs.two weeks later I went back to audiogy dept.when i put the hearing aids in they were fixed. So I was delighted but Ifound that they ran out of power. They only Managed to last for eight hours.I took them back to Boots branch and the audiology and he said that was not good enough and sent the right hearing aid off to be sorted.in he gave me a duplicate hearing aid programmed it to hearing. I must tell you that it cost me a great deal of money and petrol and time as it is a fifty round trip for a 15minutes over the past three years.I can see on my email you are advertising a new hearing aid. I certainly will not buy this and I will go back to the NHS if and when i need If any body asks me about boots service I shall not recommend it and advise them to read all the reviews.

Purchased top of range, £3.5k, December 22. Mediocre service from Macclesfield branch. Had service issue 30 June. Unable to resolve. Earliest appointment for face to face (covering 20 mile radius) 10 July in Knutsford branch, 15 miles away. Service level totally INADEQUATE. Should have gone to SpecSavers.

After leaving a review on trustpilot & being promised a call regarding the matter urgently we finally received one today 3 weeks after complaining!! My dads hearing aids constantly not working nor charging over £2k spent on them. Rubbish customer service no money back despite them being less than a year old told via customer services they usually go wrong & repaired for free.Really helpful to have to travel 10 miles each way to get them repaired. Seriously who would buy anything that unreliable if you knew before purchasing so if I can stop someone going through the stress we have had this post is worth it. Product not fit for purpose & like other reviews I’d give it zero if I could.
