“I’m happy with my care. I’m not overwhelmed with check-ins. I just wish meds worked faster than weeks so I knew if they right for me within days. Wait and see is not good.”
“My therapist and my psychiatrist are both Awesome. The reason I gave this rating is due to the fact that it took 9 days for someone to answer my urgent question and the fact that you can only book one appointment at a time. There should be a way to make more than one appointment at a time without the therapist having to block their schedule to get me in. There should also be a way (without having to try to manipulate the system for a patient to get a longer time slot if they need it. Mental health should be Brightside’s #1 priority but it doesn’t seem that way.”
“Brightside is absolutely wonderful! I have been seeing my psychiatrist for a couple months. She is so easy to talk to. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very thorough. Appts are so easy to schedule on the app, and I have been able to be seen quickly. Meds are always prescribed promptly without having to worry. I couldn't be happier!”
“I cannot recommend Brightside Health enough. From the moment I started, I felt that I was not just a number, but a priority. The quality of care provided by the therapists and psychiatric team is truly outstanding.”
“I just this process and my care team was changed as soon as I started getting comfortable and my new chosen care team I’m not really excited about hopefully it gets better we will see”
“I am so happy I signed up!!! The process has been very easy and I am starting to feel better. Also, I am able to message my Psychiatrist and Therapist anytime if something comes up.
Thank You!!!”
“About the same as any other mental health app. I really enjoy my provider but the follow up appointments are only 15 minutes and that is not enough time. I feel rushed through appointments and will try to find a different place for my mental health due to how Brightside limits appointment times.”
“I am happy with the treatment at Brightside. I did not do the counseling, meds were subscribed and once I got past the initial side effects it has helped me tremendously.”
“It’s generally good. It was problematic when my score triggered a demand for me to have an appointment which my provider agreed I didn’t need, but I kept getting emails and texts to make the appointment. My provider called “support” but the messages kept coming. I wrote to support and didn’t get a response. By that time it was the weekend and no one would answer the phone. I thinkk I got persistent messages for 3-4 days and it was upsetting.
I was thinking if this continues to be a problem, I might have to change my scores so they won’t trigger this, but then it’s not accurate. I suggest you make a way for the providers to turn off these messages if they deem appropriate.”
