“I don’t necessarily like the therapy layout that Brightside brings. It’s always the same set of questions, ones I can’t answer but am made to, rating scales, and goals every single time. I don’t always have a goal or something to fix, I don’t always have a description of the feelings. It’s not the best therapy layout in my opinion. Very multiple choice options and very little genuine conversation.”
“Love my Psychiatrist, feeling better, not impressed with billing practices. Information is not clear. Customer service takes days to respond. Poor experience with the company based on this.”
“I really like my psychiatrist it’s been hard to find the right fit before Brightside but I think I finally have one who really cares about seeing me thrive”
“I am new to Brightside and don’t feel comfortable reviewing it yet. So far I am not getting much relief from anxiety or depression from the new so-called drugs for bipolar. I had a manic episode last week that lasted 56 hours. I do like the nurse practitioner and the fact that it’s all virtual.”
“I have only been with Brightside for about a month, but I am thoroughly impressed. I was notified when my chosen provider would be unavailable, and reminded to check my medication for any refills I might need during that time. Everything has been clearly communicated, from prices to services and expectations. The last service I used was the complete opposite of that. I am so glad I switched to Brightside.”
“God forbid there any issues with your medication. Apparently, you need to wait until the next scheduled appointment to make any adjustments. And if you have serious issues you will need to work that out with a separate doctor.”
“The website is a nightmare to navigate. I'm considering get rid of it and doing something different. It actually increases my anxiety every time I HAVE to try to use it. I cancelled my last appointment and then received an email saying I need to check in!!! That's just one example.”
“Cheryl has been amazing to work with. She is patiently working on getting my meds where they need to be. She explains my options and the pros and cons of each. She responds quickly when I leave her a message with questions or concerns.”
