I was surprised and happy to find that this is a no pressure system, but they still have check it's and resources available to use at your own discretion. I don't want to complain about my situation for 45 minutes, I want to have a discussion. I'd like to be steered toward healthy critical thinking in an interactive relationship. The goofy videos are condescending and trite. This is what my insurance will cover so I'm in it for now.”
