“My Therapist and Psychiatrist are kind, friendly and helpful but Brightsides audio/video system is unsatisfactory and difficult to connect to. My Psychiatrist and I usually have to abandon the computer and speak via phone.”

“My therapist and my psychiatrist are both Awesome. The reason I gave this rating is due to the fact that it took 9 days for someone to answer my urgent question and the fact that you can only book one appointment at a time. There should be a way to make more than one appointment at a time without the therapist having to block their schedule to get me in. There should also be a way (without having to try to manipulate the system for a patient to get a longer time slot if they need it. Mental health should be Brightside’s #1 priority but it doesn’t seem that way.”

Appts are so easy to schedule on the app, and I have been able to be seen quickly. Meds are always prescribed promptly without having to worry. I couldn't be happier!”
