My therapist is great but the app is very glitchy and i do not like only having 24hrs to cancel an appointment

Online sessions are convenient. My provider makes me part of the decisions. She is compassionate and not rushed.

It's working well and been helpful. Unfortunately there was a change of therapists - not my choice - which was disruptive.

Pretty good service, but I wish there were more extended hours therapists. I am not able to take time off work.

The providers that I am working with at Brightside are wonderful. This is my first experience with mental health resources that has felt safe and I truly feel like I'm being listened to and that the team has my best interests at heart, and not a generic push of textbook plans. The only things that I wish could change would be the option to lengthen therapy sessions to 60 minutes, and to have the ability to schedule out more than one week at a time.

Finding it hard to change my account settings to just medication care - it won’t let me access my dashboard before scheduling a therapist which I no longer need because I’ve found one independently

Since being with Brightside my medications have changed & it’s become harder to find the best medication for anxiety. I have taken Clonazepam for several years and was very stable. It’s frustrating to have to start searching for the best medication at this point. It’s not just Brightside. The formulary for my insurance causes frustration with increased changes. Trying to find a balance.

Providers and therapists are great. App leaves something to be desired. I wish you could book recurring appointments with therapists, or up to 2 appointments at a time. Only being able to schedule 1 appointment within the next 2 weeks means that meeting with the therapist weekly (when that's what they've suggested) is very difficult, because that first week is often totally booked, and this happens it perpetuity because you can't book very far in advance.
