“Olga is great. She is very personable and professional. I just don't enjoy speaking about myself. I'm not a 100% convenienced psychology therapy is for me.”
“Very convenient and easy to engage with the support resources available. I feel like it has removed the hesitation I had to seek care and it's on my schedule. My only regret is not trying Brightside sooner. Life really is better on the Brightside!”
“I have been feeling better now that I have been working with my provider. I would like to see a different scale for "check-ins". A 1-5 scale would me more helpful in communicating occurences of symptoms.”
“Seems to be a money grab. They didn't refill meds even though all the check ins were met and everything is going well. Not refilling meds that should not be discontinued suddenly and having a patient run out because they cannot get an appointment for several days due to the provider's schedule is a big negative.”
“I really appreciate what Brightside has done. Constant communication is key. It’s working but this is a marathon not a race. Especially would like to shout out my specific care team as they are absolutely AMAZING”
“As I navigate a very different time in my life, Ive found my medication management to be exceptional to help soften the symptoms. Even better is my therapy session that allows me to get it out there, plan and strategize for ways to adjust and adapt to get the best outcomes. Wonderful service.”
“5 out of 5! Brightside is easy to access and use. It's so convenient with everything online. I live in a semi-rural area and services such as these are hard to find. Brightside solved that problem. Plus my therapist and medical provider are wonderful. My depression/anxiety have come back within normal range in just two months. Love Brightside!”
“It’s way too expensive with health insurance. The VA late fees are not reasonable. I haven’t been happy with the amount of withdrawals from my account. I appreciate the help before but I do not like this company and it doesn’t fit my veteran needs besides the medication that was provided to me.”
