“The therapists did not work for me and there were problems accessing the lessons so I decided to cancel this service. Psychiatric care is working for me so far and Dr. Issac is excellent. I think the check-ins should provide more symptoms for me to report, symptoms which are specific to my medications.”
“For someone who is on the move a lot and knows how difficult finding a new psychiatrist can be, Brightside has been a really useful option in maintaining my pharmacological care.”
“My psychiatric help has been wonderful and my medications are working great, but I don’t think the scale of depression/anxiety is super accurate. The check in questions are far too vague and it seems like the meter is purposefully going down to make it seem like I’m doing far better than I actually feel like I am.”
“I think my therapist is rad and she’s definitely helping me get to a better place. It’s taking time, but I feel I am on the road to a better place with her advice.”
“I love the fact bright side is virtual and I don’t have to try to take time off work for an appointment. Virtual seems to get you in and out alot quicker. Still struggling with anxiety issues but working on that.”
“Finding this app was perfect for what I needed, when I needed it. It feels like taking a class on how to manage emotions plus a guide to ask questions to and check in with.”
“Brightside helped me a lot to talk about how I feel in certain situations but I need to talk to someone face to face It will makes more comfortable talking about certain experiences sometimes I struggle with it.”
“So far so good, medication after a month is probably working about 75%. Depression down and panic attacks slowly getting better. Really enjoy my doctor as well she’s been very helpful.”
“My psychiatrist is great. My therapist is great. The lessons can be tedious and annoying if you have previously worked on improving your mental health. Some of the video clips prior to the lesson are repetitive. I have yet to receive a bill after participating in the program for a month & a half so I cannot fully rate the full worth of the program.”
