“My online mental health treatment experience has been nothing short of life-changing. The convenience, expertise, and genuine care I have received have given me the tools and confidence to navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace. I am immensely grateful for the support I've found here, and I wholeheartedly recommend online mental health treatment to anyone seeking a compassionate, effective, and empowering path to mental wellness.”
“The app doesn't work. I've called customer support multiple times, and tried dozens of times to re-set it, re-download it, make new passwords, etc. Some parts of the desktop web browser don't work either- only blank screens. Even this review questionaire doesn't work- it doesn't allow me to click on which star rating I choose. I've been locked out of my account for weeks at a time. The check ins with the provider are a bit wonky - it asks me what side effects I'm experiencing, even if I haven't been prescribed any meds and doesn't give an option to select "no negative side effects." Among many other poorly designed questions and UI flaws. The idea of the service is great, but the implementation has been underwhelming.”
“I appreciate the weekly check ins because it helps me to assess myself and take a moment to take a step back and really ask myself if the medication is working for me”
“I find that the app isn’t as easy to navigate as the website, but overall I am very pleased with the service provided. It was there for me when I really needed help.”
“You're horrible. You already know your patients are relying heavily on you and you make empty promises just to not follow through and let them down. Most may see you as their last piece of hope and you're letting them know by your lack of action and care that their mental health is not a priority to you yet you still send multiple messages trying to intimidate them into continuing care before you cut them off just to take more money from them or their insurance but continue to rob them of the real care, treatment, and therapy they need and deserve. DO BETTER!!!!! Look at the messages attached that Amy claimed in her notes were incoherent ramblings from me and tell me if I sound incoherent to you. Falsifying medical records to make me seem crazy and discredit me to cover your own ass is a crime!!!!! Shame on you!!!!”
